Across the street is a IGA marketplace for all your culinary needs and the Scotia Bank Theatre to ensure you can stay on top of all the recent blockbusters. Ten minutes away from The Canada Line and Sky Train, Burrard street also holds all the major bus lines you will need to travel across Vancouver. The Patinas two level lobby embraces all the grace of the downtown address and the 8th floor Club Patina offers state of the art fitness studio which opens onto a rooftop common area patio as well as a 24-hour concierge & 24 hour security.

Once you reach the residence and open the 7-foot solid walnut entry door you will be viewing a beautiful air conditioned 1 bedroom plus den condo boasting a modern open floor plan including over-height ceilings and expansive windows . As you walk on the large porcelain Italian tiles located throughout the suite you come across the stunning high-end chef's kitchen featuring thick profile granite kitchen countertops with high end appliances including a fully integrated dishwasher , gourmet oven and refrigerator.

As you move towards the main living area you will be impressed with the professionally decorated contemporary style of the residence which is most ideal for entertaining friends/guests/clients. Your home is equipped with modern contemporary furniture that will easily seat 4-6 people, a wall mounted 47 inch plasma television screen equipped with sports, movie, and news channels as well as high performing TELUS High Speed Internet Wi-Fi connection and free local calling.

The bathroom boasts heated 16x32 inch porcelain floor tiles, custom designed glass mirror with open shelving as well as 3/4 inch straight edge marble countertop and backsplash. The deep soaking tub and rain shower head will encourage you to relax and unwind in a cozy atmosphere. The master bedroom welcomes you with pure wool carpeted flooring and a very comfortable queen size mattress that will cradle tense muscles, allowing them to relax. You will be at ease in the residence knowing the condo you have chosen is professionally cleaned and groomed prior to your arrival.

For your convenience also included is one parking spot is provided in the secure underground parking. 90 days prior to arrival, a 75% refund

89 - 60 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund

59-30 days prior to arrival, a 25% refund

within 30 days prior to arrival, no refund

Security/damage deposit is required before your stay and is processed for refund within 24-48 hours after check out.

Rental fee and security/damage deposit are processed through PayPal for you to pay securely via all major credit cards and bank accounts without exposing your credit card/bank information.

Damage deposit required prior to arrival in order for us to process payment and provide check in instructions prior to your arrival.

  Returned from our vacation to Vancouver a few weeks ago. The owner Dave was extremely helpful with any questions we had and setting everything up. Wish we would have had a chance to meet him when we checked in but schedules just conflicted. Parking was great, just had slight problem initially entering parking garage due to communication issues with Kenneth who gave us the keys.She did not explain the buttons to open the gates I loved the location and the building. Room has great views and very very clean and modern. Tv was great when we used it. Only complaint was that after a long day of walking the city there was more comfortable seating in the living room. Especially for 55+ travelors. Looked nice but ergonomically not comfy but does fold down to use as a bed. But has central aC which is exremely rare and nice to have when you get those ocaasional warm days in the Summer. Overall I would highly recommend this rental. We definetly will rent again.

  Great condo close to everything downtown

  The rental unit is downtown in the Patina building - 1028 Barclay (Barclay and Burrard). The condo has a chic look and is only 2 years old. You are steps away from great downtown restaurants and shops, a grocery store and movie theatre across the street, and bus stop around the corner. The Ymca is right beside the Patina building too.
  
  The building is simple, clean and well kept. The garbage area is close to the elevators. The gym is smallish with a few weights and cardio machines and no pool, but you can join the Ymca if you want something bigger. The condo has all the things you need - front closet, small storage room, stacked washer and separate dryer, fully functional kitchen, TV room, nice sized bathroom and bedroom.
