After 1 week travelling from Calgary through the Rockies we made Jemm Suite our home for a week. Our landlords could not be more helpful when it came to local knowledge and assisting us with anything in the home. The basement apartment is located in leafy Surrey in a very quiet residential street. It is approximately 8 minutes drive from the Sky Rail terminal at King George, which is in-turn 40 minutes train-ride into Waterfront and DownTown Vancouver. There are supermarkets within 10 minutes drive but in general you have to drive everywhere, with the main freeways about 10 minutes drive away. We cannot add anything further about the apartment - it is just fantastic. Everything you ever wanted in a home is here and the landlords attention to detail is something to be seen. Cannot recommend Jemm Suites enough.

We drove up from Salem Oregon to spend a few days in the area. We are so glad this place was available to stay in and we would love to stay here again if we come back to the area in the future. Everything was perfect here and the landlords were great. Very helpful and friendly people. There was plenty of room for our party of 5. We cooked meals every evening in the well equiped kitchen and were entertained by the 52" flat screen TV after dinner in the very comfortable living room. We highly recommend this as a place to stay. It will make your vacation more enjoyable.

What a wonderful surprise walking into this welcoming condo. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, relaxing sitting area. For us the location was perfect as we were driving between White Rock and Vancouver so it was right in the middle. Beautiful quiet neighbourhood. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone! Thank you for such a relaxing stay!

Jemm Boutique was a "Gem". It was in a great location for what we needed and our hosts were so nice. The pictures really don't do the suite justice. It was much nicer than we anticipated. It was spotless and the kitchen was fantastic. We were able to buy groceries and make our meals. All of the utensils, equipment, spices etc were already on hand. We were without nothing. The bed in the master suite was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. We highly recommend this location and would definitely stay again. THANK YOU !!

Well Equipped, homelike and very cozy.
The rooms are sound proof our baby slept well.
Excellent laundry room very convenient for my family.
We walked to a park nearby and enjoyed the outdoors.
Beautiful kitchen and lounge area....so much space!
No disappointment at all! We would recommend it to anyone who wants a nice relaxing and quiet place to stay away from home.
Hosts were above and beyond accomodating and friendly.
We looking forward to staying there again. -

We spent six weeks with our kids in this beautiful and luxurious accommodation. It is spacious, very well equipped, well maintained and gives you an at-home-feeling right away. The owners were very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. We highly recommend this place and enjoyed our stay very much.

WOW is the only word I can think of when I think of Jemm boutique suites. The suite is located on a very gorgeous street with homes just as beautiful as Jemm boutique suite. When I went in to the suite I was overwhelmed at how much space there was! It was way bigger than I thought it would be! Lots of space and it felt just like home. The owner had set up seasonal decor inside so it was very warming! Our suite was very quiet and we had a great sleep on the king sized bed with a comfy topper! Never been to a suite where the bed was so comfy. My husband really enjoyed the large flat screen TV, that was a plus for us, lots of channels! The suite looks just like it does in the pictures, except bigger! Really nice, new, and modern. Maps, phonebook, local food takeouts, and even games to play! It was all very helpful. When we had some questions the owners were quick and very helpful in telling us exactly where to go and where not to go! I've all ready booked for next year and can't wait to come back. A+

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this lovely, HUGE suite! I have stayed in numerous vacation rentals in my travels and have often noted that owners put up photos that are severely outdated or that lovingly refer to closets as 'bedrooms.' This is definitely not the case with this suite as the pictures are indeed true to life and there was plenty of room for both my husband and myself to stretch out. There was more than enough space for the two of us, and the place could easily hold more people without getting that cramped feel.
The location is in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is in a central area for getting to the major highways. I would advise renting a car for convenience as this worked out very well for us.
The owners are super friendly and answered all of our questions....they even left some guidebooks for us to borrow for our stay and let us in on some 'local secrets' restaurants! I definitely would stay here again and have no problems recommending it. -

Jemm Suite was an excellent place to stay. It was so so quiet yet near to the major roads and Skytrain to make Vancouver central very accessible. 20 min drive to the lovely White Rock in the evening. Beds were soooo comfortable and a huge master bed which I really miss now I am on a standard, hard double in Whistler. Kitchen facilities fab and lovely fluffy dressing gowns. The owners are a lovely couple who are as helpful or discrete as you want them to be.
This was one of the best accommodations I have stayed in and well matches anything upmarket you would stay in if in Florida (which is always my yardstick).

This was one of the nicest,places we have been to.
It was very spacious but still cosey. It had every modern ammenitie you could think of. Excellent for 2 couples or a family. The owner was over the top with helpful information, directions to various places we visited. I am quite fussy about cleanliness, and the rooms were very crisp and clean. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe and still close enough to everything you might want to do.
I would highly recommend it to my friends and family.
All the little extras we're very much appreciated!
