Hi there we have a beautiful brand new room in a shared west side heritage house that is available for daily or weekly rental. It's got queen size bed,end tables, tall boy dresser, desk, mini fridge, 42 " LCD tv with net flix, high speed WIFI, surround sound, crown moldings, hardwood floors, and is very quiet. We are steps from transit, shopping, Kerrisdale Village,UBC, Kitsilano and down town! There is street parking available and it's usually quite good once again as stated earlier we are very central to all of Vancouver attractions 20 min bus ride to down town, 15 min to Kits and UBC 15 min walk to historic Kerrisdale. South lands (horses mansions and river front) 10 minute walk. For the golf enthusiast we have 4 of the most beautiful golf courses 5 minutes away! Lots of pubs restaurants and cool little shops abound this area. Call me with your questions!!!
