Description
This 75 sq. m. two bed-room apartment is located in an elite residential area of Varna, in a recently built building with private underground parking space. The apartment provides comfort, independence and convenience especially for families with children, group of friends or even business travellers interested in long term stay. The place easily fits up to four people in the two bedrooms, plus a fifth one on the convertible sofa bed in the living room.
There is an excellent transport communication with the downtown area, which is only 10 minutes by car or bus. The resorts complexes (St. St. Constantine and Elena, Golden Sands, Kabakum, etc.) are easily accessible and it's a pleasant 15 minute walk to the beach.
The apartment is located 5 minutes away from the main park of Varna —the Seaside Park—, which offers excellent opportunities for cycling and running, among other sports.
Within walking distance there are a few small neighborhood grocery stores and Piccadilly Park Mall, where you can find a large supermarket, restaurants, banks, mobile phone companies and other.
Guest will have access to a fully furnished two-bedroom apartment with one bathroom, fully equipped with a tub and shower; balcony, TV and AC in the living room. Sheets, blankets and towels will be provided. The kitchenette is equipped with oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, laundry machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and coffee maker to make your stay more enjoyable. There is a dining table for four persons.

В него лесно се събират до четирима души в двете спални, а при необходимост и още един човек на разтегателния диван в хола.
Има отлична транспортна връзка с центъра на града, който е само на 10 минути с кола или автобус. Всички варненски курорти (СВ. СВ. Констатин и Елена, Златни Пясъци, Кабакум...) са лесно достъпни, а плажът е само на 15 минути приятна разходка.
Апартаментът се намира на 5 минути от главния варненски парк —Морската Градина—, с което предлага отлични възможности за колоездене, ранинг у др. спортове.
В непосредствена близост има няколко малки квартални магазини за хранителни стоки, както и „Пикадили Парк Мол“, където можете да намерите голям супермаркет, ресторанти, банки, мобилни телефонни компании и други.
Предоставяме на нашите гости напълно обзаведен апартамент с две спални и балкон, телевизор и климатик в хола. Спалните са напълно обзаведени с гардероб, бюро, блок с чекмеджета. Осигуряваме спално бельо, завивки и хавлии. Кухненският бокс е оборудван с готварска печка, абсорбатор, хладилник, пералня, тостер, електрическа кана, микровълнова печка и кафе-машина, с цел да направим престоя ви по-приятен. Трапезарията разполага с маса за хранене за четирима души.
