Conveniently located 5-10 minutes from Pharmacy, Supermarkets, restaurants, at 25 minutes from Shopping Center and movies, at 10 minutes to toll expressway to connect to any attraction in the Island. Traditional puertorican food kiosks and pub steps away from the property. Sorrunding areas good for fishing, biking, jogging, marina, water sports, sunbathing, just go and discover Puerto Rico as you please.

Carlos and Nilsa were very nice owners and helped us graciously before and during our stay in Puerto Rico. The apartment was very clean and spacious with two different decks, both of which we utilized for eating / grilling at night. Upon request, they even provided us with a seemingly brand new grill to use at night for dinners.
This place has everything you need to have a great vacation, and it is located in a great beach town. This is not a touristy area, and it really gives you a feel for Puerto Rico. The apartment is 1 block from Puerto Nuevo beach, our favorite beach during our stay in Puerto Rico (we went to three others in San Juan, Vega alta, and Fajardo). On weekdays, the beach was very quiet, and on the weekends there were lots of people, music, and food trucks.
I stayed here with my girlfriend, and it was a great spot for a quiet vacation for a couple. In terms of night life, however, there isn't very much in this area, so I would not recommend it for a group or couples that are primarily looking for nightlife.
In addition, if you are looking to explore Puerto Rico beyond Vega Baja, I highly recommend renting a car. We had a car, so we were able to take day trips to other parts of the island. It is also about 45 minutes from San Jan (airport, main city), so it made it convenient getting to and from the airport.

If you are looking for a cozy place to stay by a beautiful beach among the locals, then this is the place! This is our second visit and plan to return on future trips. This location is very centralized to the island with easy access to main roads. Wake up every morning to a beautiful beach just a few steps away. Sometimes in the evenings as you lay in bed you can hear the waves crashing on the beach which can be very relaxing. The weekends come alive with music just up the block as the friendly locals gather at the local hangout for socializing.
