Modern style furnishings with hardwood and marble floors throughout.
This 1 bedroom apartment is located on a quiet residential pedestrian street in a good part of Venice and is a 2 min walk from Venice Pier and Washington Blvd's trendy cafes/restaurants and historic Venice canal district and 5 min walk to world-famous Muscle Beach and the entertainment of Venice Boardwalk; now the 2nd most popular tourist destination in California.

NJVenice Beach Business & Personal Stay

I stayed here with my 12 yr old and sister in-law for 1 week. The stay for them was fun all days and business for me for 3 and fun the rest. The condo was totally fine with accommodating all of us. The location is perfect with only a few second walk to beach! We walked from this location to Santa Monica with no problem and only took us about a 10 to 15 minute walk. If you're in shape this is no problem. There's lots to do within a couple minute walking distance also. There is no aC and owner has a note about a great cross breeze due to how close they are to beach. Which would work if the windows were able to open which they can not, so aC is needed in the summer months. The cleanliness of the condo was an issue and seemed the cleaning person hired by owner is not a very good cleaning person. I say this not only because I am a clean person but I own a cleaning business and rentals is something my company handles. The sink in bathroom and kitchen had mold around faucets that easily came off when I cleaned them. The appliances in kitchen were not cleaned, ie: toaster had crumbs inside from previous renter and coffee maker was dirty. The floors, hardwood and marble, showed evidence of hair and food debris from others. Which is obvious the cleaning person never bothered to clean the floors and had me doing this persons job! I hope the owner sees this and does something about their job at hire. If you choose to rent, especially in summer months, make sure there's a means to cool the place and be stern about having the place cleaned from top to bottom.

I am sorry this guest was not entirely happy.
If I had been told there was an issue at the time, it would have been speedily resolved. It would definitely have been preferable if this had been raised immediately rather than many months later.
I am always prepared to send the cleaning company supervisor over and have the apt re-cleaned if anything is missed or unsatisfactory but we have never had this issue raised before.
The windows do of course open and no other guest has ever been unable to open them. We have never at any time mentioned cross breezes, probably the guest is thinking of a different apartment.
I am very sorry they were not completely satisfied and I wish I had been informed at the time. -

Great place for a quiet retreat.
All facilities offered for complete home environment stay.
Fantastic location - close to beach, restaurant and transport.
Would stay here again if we visit Venice Beach.
