"The Ocean Breeze Suite" is a modernly fully furnished studio, located 400 feet to the Venice Boardwalk/ and Beach. This urban style, but cozy studio is on the second floor, has kitchenette, bathroom, and main space is a bedroom but with two cozy chairs/seating area. This suite is accented with its terra cotta tiled floors, custom built in dresser and armoire/closet, kitchenette area with all apliances (except for a stove), skylight, and beautiful spanish tile in bathroom, french doors that open up to the balcony that has an outside table for two. "The Ocean Breeze Suite" studio is perfect for a single occupant, or for a couple.

How to describe Venice Beach? First the world famous boardwalk is just a few steps away from your apartment. The boardwalk is home to MuscleBeach,a fabulous skatepark,paddletennis,handball, and basketball courts, with shop after shop and eatery after eatery. The best people watching in the world with movie stars, colorful locals and visitors from around the globe. Close by is the coolest street in America, Abbott Kinney, with fine restuarants and chic shops. Santa Monica is a five minute drive and Marina Del Rey is right next door. Disneyland, and all the areas attractions are easily accessible by freeway. Simply Venice Beach is really a great place to bring your family, you will never forget it!

So couldn't have hoped for a better experience. They were very responsive to us needing some details worked out when we got there. The place was great and had some nice DVR action for a show or two to fall asleep by.
I would definitely stay here again.
