Venice CAIf service is King, Globe is the Kingdom.
Left on 11/18/2012 for a stay in October 2012
Having lived in Venice for over 20 years, This is my hometown. These places are made to make you feel at home. I like to cook, so a stocked kitchen is without question at the top of my list, next is cleanliness, when looking for a place to stay.
I had the opportunity to stay in 4 places and each place was very nice. Each place had something I liked, and gave me some ideals about the new place I was having renovated.
I stayed at Santa Clara E, this place has a nice shower, that is like a waterfall, and a nice View of abbot Kinney Blvd. Its a small Loft style with open floor plan. It has everything you would need to stay alone or a couple.
Stayed at Santa Clara a, this is the same as E, but has a bedroom, a very nice front patio with BBQ.
Stayed at Santa Clara C This is a 2 bedroom, its a small place but once again, everything you would need as a home.
I stayed at 401 Brooks or 4B Brooks, I liked this place the best since its closer to what I like in a place as my home.
This kitchen, bathroom, living room, entreatment system, porch, bedrooms, all made me rethink my new place I was about to remodel.
The bathroom had great lighting, and mirrors and good ventilation. The kitchen and bedroom also made me rethink was I was doing.
I would like to share that my new home is what I always wanted, clean and user friendly, minimal, Beach House, Styled with Globe Homes in mind.
I would and will recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a place for a few nights or a months.
Owning and Operating a service business at a high level for over 20 years, I know service, Everyone at Globe is friendly, and willing to help you with your needs, if service is King, Globe is the Kingdom.
Thank you for your help, and Inspiring me with Styling my new Home.
Chris, Clair,Janet, Carlos, Sebastian and anyone else who has helped.

BrisbaneFantastic location and great house for families!!
Left on 10/08/2012 for a stay in September 2012
Our booking for this place was very last minute on September 6th(literally the day before)for a 3 night stay.Myself and my family(3 young kids) were hesitant at first as this was our first time staying in non-Hotel type accommodation. When we arrived at this home we were extremely happy. After travelling for over 2 weeks on our USa road trip staying only in Hotels,it was great to be finally staying somewhere bigger than your average hotel room..
The house is a 5 minute walk to Venice Beach, approx 40 minutes(with kids in tow)to Santa Monica Pier.(Taxi ride is 5 minutes/$12).There are 2 grocery stores about 2 minutes drive away.
The kitchen is excellent with everything you need to cook family meals. The bedrooms are large as is the Lounge room.2 Tv's also help out with family squabbles over what to watch. There is also a nice little deck outside to chill out on.Overall the house is really a home away from home.It was definitely a comfortable stay for the 5 of us.
Christina(or Christine)?? was the property manager I dealt with over the phone. She was extremely helpful with the last minute booking, making it a totally smooth process.Overall I cannot recommend this place more highly and the Company (Globe Homes and Condos) as well. -

Berlingreat location and homy apartment
Left on 08/09/2012 for a stay in July 2012
If you like to stay close to the beach but don t like the noise, Brooks avenue is your perfect location. Everything I needed was there, to rent bikes was not a problem as well. The ocean breeze in the morning and evenings made me feel fresh without even thinking of air con. The kitchen was full of everything I needed for preparing meals for my family and when I didn t feel like cooking, lot s of local restaurants offer delivery within half an hour.
For people who want to have a taste of living like locals, this is the place! -

VancouverComfortable and Convenient Location
Left on 06/19/2012 for a stay in June 2012
This rental was perfect for our little family while visiting Venice and Santa Monica. The layout was great for our little baby as there were no stairs to deal with.
We were minutes away from cafes and shops on abbott Kinney. We had some great Mexican and Sushi take out from the area.
Would rent again with Globe Homes. -

Denver, CONot as advertised on website
Left on 08/10/2011 for a stay in August 2011
This place smelled of mold and was not very clean. Glass interior doors made it a bad set-up for two couples. Furniture was cheap and some looked like from a garage sale...did not look like photos on website. Sheets were crumpled and did not look fresh and clean. Repairs needed to be made. Late arrival made it difficult to change locations...we will not be back!
