"The Grand Andalusia" is a modern high-end 2 bedroom, 1 bath split level oasis that features a chef inspired kitchen, spa whirlpool tub & shower, whole house filtered water (yes, you'll be showering with filtered water!), an audiophile 5.1 system with 50" HDTV, DirecTV, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, off street parking, keyless entry, beach chairs & beach cruiser bikes provided free of charge and more.
It's open & bright, has peaceful palm tree views and it even has it's own private outdoor yard with water feature and hammock! Each bedroom has a queen bed and there's a convertible couch bed in the living room that sleeps 2.

If you're looking for somewhere to stay that has an awesome modern yet peaceful vibe, I highly recommend this place! The attention to detail was extremely impressive, and having a back yard with a hammock, a fountain, and deck chairs was great for entertaining:). I'm a surfer, and the location was great for hitting the beach every day. Kevin was an awesome host, and provided goodies in the fridge upon arrival. I had a question about places to take a visiting friend, and Kevin was really helpful in recommending cool places about town. I'll be back for sure!

Wow-- It was like a page out of dwell magazine. The interior design was beautiful and I slept like a baby on the memory foam mattress. The piped in state of the art stereo system was like being in a theatre with the huge plasma TV. It didn't end there- it was just a short walk to the beach and we had a blast checking out the crazy funny people on the Venice Boardwalk and then grabbing some sushi nearby. It didn't end there-- when I went to take a shower I was floored with the double heads for two people and a TV in the bathroom! I'll definitely be coming back when I come to Venice again. Thank you Kevin for all the helpful tips on places to go too! You were the perfect host.
