If you’re planning a trip to Venice Beach, California, you’re in for a treat… This beach rental is located on the second floor of a 1907 4-plex craftsman and is bursting with “vintage chic” interior décor. The space still has its original hardwood floors and tons of windows, so you’ll get plenty of famous California sunshine and ocean air even when you’re inside! The large front room will invite you in to enjoy its natural light and abundance of space – You'll have plenty of room to spread out in here! If you’re not watching something on the flat screen TV, gaze out the window to s...ee what’s happening on the action-packed street outside. Stretch out on one of the two couches, one of which becomes a foldout bed, and reminisce with your travel companions about the day’s adventures.

This unit has a lovely kitchen, and you’ll find it fully equipped with freshly ground coffee, a nice selection of teas, bottled water, condiments and spices. The oddly placed, vintage bathroom sits on a hexagonal black and white tiled floor that manages to squeeze in a bathtub-shower combo, an old school 'closet' toilet, and a small pedestal sink. Items such as miscellaneous toiletries, basic first aid supplies, or a hair dryer are available for your use if needed. You’ll for sure sleep well in the comfortable, queen-sized, foam-topped bed in the cozy bedroom. Other items such as bikes, boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs and sand toys are also included in the unit.

You will fall in love with this awesome location! From here you’re only 1.5 blocks away from the world famous Venice Beach and boardwalk, a half a block from super trendy Abbott Kinney, a quarter of a mile from Santa Monica, and about a mile to Marina Del Rey. In other words, you’re practically walking distance from everything! It takes about 15 minutes to get to LAX airport by car, and public transportation is available just a block away from the house in case you’re venturing further than you’d prefer to walk. Unfortunately there’s only 1 parking space that serves two units, and that space is available on a first-come-first-served basis. Since so many things are within walking or biking distance, including a huge variety of food eateries, shops, and attractions, a car rental may not even be necessary! Either way, we’re sure you’ll enjoy the fun, funky, artsy, diverse melting pot that is Venice Beach, California!
