My wife and our teenage son (age 17) and daughter (age 15) spent a wonderful 5 days at this immaculate and roomy house 1 block from the Venice Beach Boardwalk, and a short walk to Santa Monica shops and restaurants. The amenities and comfort provided by the owners surpassed our expectations. All the basic necessities were provided and the style and comfort made our stay one of the most enjoyable vacation home rentals we have expreienced. One of the best things about this location is that it is a place where my wife and I could relax and allow our son and daughter to venture out in safety to explore and experience the California lifestyle and all its unique and entertaining characters who inhabit the area. There is a tremendous art culture and lots of curiosities that will provide hours of fun and new and unusual learning experiences for all. I would recommend this Beach House to couples with or without families. Los angeles can be a terrific destination for a visit of any length, but having a base from which to explore and discover the many places of interest would not have been as easy without a place such as this.

I have stayed at this place numerous times over the past 12 months or so. It is ideally located, well appointed and secure. The ambiance is relaxed and comfortable and the beach is right there. Beyond that the owner is a great guy with wonderful stories. He has paid great attention to his home and it is always extremely clean and truly ready for just a toothbrush and suitcase. I highly recommend this place and will continue to stay there myself in the future. I have stayed at several vacation rentals in the area and some hotels rather regularly and the value here is well worth it. It is a superior option over a hotel.
