This quaint corner-lot, 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation duplex feels like a single-family home. It has been completely remodeled with modern furniture, a wooden floor in the living room that leads into an open kitchen with new cabinets, granite countertops and all new stainless steel appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher).
Two lovely bedrooms feature a King and a Queen size bed, respectively. The bathroom has been fully upgraded with large walk-in shower with double showerheads. Living room has state-of-the-art entertainment system with 36" flat screen TV with satellite TV, including HBO connected to a surround sound system.

Perfect. Great location. Blocks to the beach. Blocks to Golds Gym. Whole foods not far. Abbot, is a few blocks away. Which is the hippest place to be as of recent.
Off street parking which is key in the area. Nice little patio to sit in the sun. Fantastic shower. Super cool art work, very clean. This is perfect. You do not need to continue to rack your brain wondering if the pictures are the real thing. This is the real deal. If you want to be in Venice/ south Santa Monica. Go no further. My husband and I recently stayed in the Brooks 4a house with my daughter and her huband and 17 year old daughter. The house was in good condition and there was plenty of room for the five us. The bathroom was roomy wih a lovely stall shower that was big and had two shower heads. Everything we needed was in supplied in the house. The two bedrooms were equipped with a king and queen size bed and my granddaughter slept on the couch. Although not a pull-out sofa it was comfy and more than ample. There was also an apartment sized washer and dryer outside. While the size was more than inconvenient forwashing towels and beach towels, itwas nice to be able to do laundry. It would be far better to increase the size of the laundry appliances.
The rest of our family was in a house just around the corner for our family reunion, and it all worked out great. There was plenty of room for an outdoor bbq for 11 of us- 6 kids and 5 adults- with the outdoor table and chairs for the kids and the adults eating indoors.
There is a parking space available in the drive way behind the house and there is also on the street parking available.
We were close to everything- great restaurants and shops, grocery stores and within a quick drive to the surrounding beaches.
