MINIMALIST DREAM: The house is a staple of the Venice Beach area, a great home to entertain in and famous for its beauty and unique design.

The location is fabulous.
- 20 SECONDS walk to Venice/Santa Monica beach and Venice Boardwalk.
- 10 SECONDS to Main Street Santa Monica, where you can walk to shops, restaurants, galleries, and more. (Ask for details on the weekly Farmer's Market, Gourmet Food Truck Night, live music, surf camps and many other exciting activities.)
-A few blocks from Abbot Kinney, named "the coolest shopping street in America" by GQ Magazine 2012.
There a many children's activities (aquariums, a shop called "Books and Cookies" where they have daily readings/activities, painting, carousel, ferris wheel, many beach parks with swings, etc.).
Our famous Sunday Farmers' Market comes complete with ponies, live music, local organic foods, a small petting zoo, and shopping. There are neighboring museums. While it is walking distance, you may also ride a bike. The best part is being able to VALET your bicycle once you arrive at the Farmer's Market. Only in Los Angeles!
There is also fabulous nightlife - live music, bars and clubs and a wonderful collection of fine and casual dining.
-Biking distance from Marina del Rey Marina (or a short drive) where there are boat rentals, boat tours and a ferry to Catalina Island.

I recently rented this beautiful Venice Beach home for my partners family while they came to visit us. Being from the la area, I was able to do extensive research though Vrbo and Flipkey and eventually found this place! The location is half a block to the beach and abbott Kinney is just up the street. From start to finish, the experience with On the Coast Rentals was great. Keys we're waiting for us and Jennifer made the "check-in" experience very welcoming.
Thanks for a great stay & an excellent place to "wow" my future inlaws!
