Romantic apartment overlooking a lovely canal and with a super little terrace, on the second floor of a "palazzetto" on the route between the large and open Campo Sant’ Angelo and the famous Teatro La Fenice, only 5 minutes on foot to St. Mark’s Square.

ALL VIEWS ON VENICE RATES, IRRESPECTIVE OF LENGTH OF STAY, ARE FULLY INCLUSIVE OF ALL UTILITIES* - gas, electricity, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, welcome on arrival and check-in up until 7.30 p.m.** are all included, as are air-conditioning and internet access if available at your chosen apartment. And while the Venice Tourist Tax*** is an extra on bookings made on or after 8th May '13, there are NO HIDDEN CHARGES.
Rentals of over 7 nights also include a weekly bed linen and towel change during your stay.
* Telephone charges, where applicable, are extra.
**Arrivals between 7.30 p.m. and midnight incur a late arrival fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival.
*** Introduced by the City of Venice Council on stays at hotels, b&b;, campsites, apartment rentals etc., this per night/per person tax is levied on the first 5 consecutive nights of a client’s stay in Venice and is payable to your Views on Venice representative in cash (euros) upon arrival at the apartment.
The Rental Deposit (40% of the rental) will be debited from your credit card when you finalise your booking with us, while the balance will be debited by you through our credit card payment gateway at least 20 days prior to your arrival. Note that if paying by bank transfer, an extra €20 administrative fee will be charged to each transaction (i.e. deposit and final payment). Click here for further details regarding payment.
The Security Deposit (the amount specified alongside the apartment rate) is required against any breakage or damages to the apartment or to its furniture and equipment caused by the client during the rental period. This is payable to Views on Venice upon presentation of your credit card upon arrival at the apartment prior to occupancy.
Credit card details will be automatically recorded and subsequently cancelled by Views on Venice on the day of departure should no breakage or damages to the apartment or its furniture and equipment have occurred during the rental period.

Last week my family and I stayed at Ca Canal for 5 nights. It was a perfect spot for us. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was quiet but within easy walking distances of everything that is great in Venice. We hope to stay there again on our next trip.

Ca' Canal is a smart, comfortable apartment with lovely views out of the window on to the canal below. Singing gondoliers are a regular bonus. There are food shops and restaurants very nearby and the location is great - 15 mins to the Rialto Bridge and 10 mins to St Mark's Square. We found the apartment clean and well furnished.
Excellent service throughout from Views on Venice. They answered all email enquiries promptly. Their representative met us just as planned, showed us to the apartment and ensured we knew everything we needed to before leaving us.Response from Views on Venice - 04/19/2012

Our family has stayed in Ca Canal 4 times now! The sounds of gondoliers wafting up from the canal below, coupled with the quiet side alley location make this a perfect Italian experience. We will return again and again.

Ca Canal is a lovely, airy apartment. Although we had seen the photos ahead of time, we were still impressed when we arrived and saw the spacious rooms and pretty canal views. The master bedroom is very comfortable with a large bed and, once the shutters are opened, the apartment is flooded with light. The Views on Venice rep was a pleasure to deal with. She showed us the way from the neaby vaporetto stop and made us feel very welcome.
Although the apartment does not come with advertised wifi, we were able to access a nearby wifi, which was a definite bonus. We also made good use of a cookery book that had been left in the apartment.
The location is perfect, overlooking a pretty canal with gondolas floating by at regular intervals. It is peaceful but close to the main hubs (e.g. you only need walk for 5 mins to reach the accademia Bridge into Dorsoduro - or in the opposite direction, San Marco and the Rialto Bridge).Response from Views on Venice - 05/11/2011

There is nothing like staying in a well-appointed apartment in central Venice. This apartment is in a spectacular location, with sweeping views over the Grand Canal - it was hard to tear ourselves away in order to go out and explore! The warm, well equipped kitchen meant we were encouraged to cook for ourselves, visiting the amazing Rialto market each morning and creating our own local specialities. Even though the weather was cold the flat was beautifully warm and the well chosen selection of books was very useful. We never switched on the TV as there were so many other things to do, but it is well equipped with all mod cons. It is on the top floor, with no lift, which could be tiring after a day of walking, but is compensated by the improved views and quietness.

Wonderful location - walking distance to everywhere. Very well equipped apartment, very comfortable, very light and airy. Nice view over Rio Verona. Could do with air conditioning. It was very hot and humid the week we were there, and leaving all windows open at night not a great option (noise, mosquitoes). Internet connection would be a big bonus (thank you to Rachele for orgnaising a simple solution for us).

We were escorted to the apartment,which would have been tricky to find, by a V on V representative. The apartment was beautifully furnished with a great selection of books to browse including guide books for Venice. The apartment was full of sunshine, but had shutters to keep out the heat of the day. The balcony was a real bonus and we had all out meals outside. The location was ideal for walking to all the museums, churches and galleries that we wanted to visit, handy for the vaporetto stop and 3 minutes from St Vidal Church where we saw a Vivaldi concert.

welcome was excellent, appartment very well equipped, and views on the canal with the gondols very nice. Close to St Marco as well as other sestieres of Venice and .... quiet.
Highly recommended to visitors who want to be part of Venice and not of the many tourists around
