We had a lovely stay at Ca' Tiziano. Francesco (Alfonzo's Brother) met us near the railway and helped with our (very heavy) luggage. A bottle of bubbly was waiting for us at the apartment and the apartment was well kitted out with modern applicances. Very comfortable and full of character.
It's a good location in that it is close to the railway station and carparks, but is a bit of a hike from San Marco. Plenty of good food in the area and a supermarket around the corner. -

Our stay at this apartment was wonderful. Alfonso was extremely kind and accomodating. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was quiet and close to all the maon attractions.

This is a good alternative to hotel accommodation, away from the most touristy areas of Venice but with nearby shops and restaurants.

We enjoyed very much the two apartements, in terms
of space, location and comfort (and quiet at
night). The building is very well kept and has
quite an extraordinary character.
It is within to a walking distance to everything
and also quite close to the train station.
So it was really a dream stay and our only hope is
to ba able to come back.

We traveled to Venice over a long weekend and stayed in this nice 2 bedroom apartment. It was clean, well-equipped and had plenty of room for our party of 4 people. The neighborhood was a close 10-15 minute walk to the attractions we wanted to visit, but it was not touristy at all. There were also restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The staff was extremely friendly...they even picked us up at the bus terminal. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Venice.

I spent a week last month in this lovely apartment. Main characteristics: air conditioned, two large bedrooms, and an astonishing original fresco ceiling in the living room. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare food (bought in the nearby market). If you don't want to cook, there are some excellent restaurants around Casa dei Pittori. The best way to experience the authentic life in Venice, just like a real "venetian". I recommend it!!!

My family of 11 just stayed in Casa dei Pittori- We occupied two apartments- Ca' Guardi and Ca' Tiziano. The apartments are fantastic, very comfortable and modern. The neighborhood had very few tourists and we had a chance to observe the daily lives of Venetians - The local square was fabulous - several cafes,supermarket and pastry shop. Walking distance To St Marks and to the no 1 vaporetto. Alfonso was very helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend these apartments!
