Easy to reach from airport and railway station is located close to the Biennale Gardens and can be reached without crossing any bridge. Near the apartment you will find all kinds of shops, supermarkets, bakery, butchers, greengrocers, bars pharmacies and banks. We stayed in the apt for three nights. t is very well positioned for walks in downtown Venice, waterbuses elsewhere, restaurants and shops.
The apt is small but comfortable. Take note that the mattress on the opening sofa was too soft to our liking but really that is a matter of preference some people would like that. Ann Mary was very helpful and kind to meet us at the water bus station so getting there was easy.
