The strenght of this beautiful apartment is its location, no more than 50 meters from the wonderful Riva degli Schiavoni, very close to San Marco square, to Palazzo Ducale and the Basilica, just one vaporetto (water bus) stop from San Giorgio island, from the Salute church, the Tadao Ando museum, and just three vaporetto stops from the Gallerie dell'Accademia, from the Biennale exhibition and generally very close to all the most interesting cultural sites. This apartment is on the third floor of a rather run down block close to San Marco. Carry up suitcases is a job for a fit active person, not anyone infirmed The apartment is clean and has two bedrooms, but no lounge and relaxing in the kitchen on chairs that are all plastic, and cracked leaves you feeling rather unsafe. Better to sit on the sofabed in the second bedroom. Be sure to take extra clothes hangers , the whole apartment only has five in total, and more are not available. All electrical items worked, but freezer door was broken, and very difficult to open. Overall a reasonable place that just needs some attention. ( I repaired the broken loo seat myself)

We have spend the New years eve in Venice and we really enjoyed it! It was just what we were looking for.Thank you for everything, the owners and elise who welcomed us were very kind! We loved the accommodation everything was perfect.It is very clean,comfortable and we had everything we need .And the location is just absolutely perfect. It is less then 5 min walk to San Marco. We liked that everything was newly furnished and the neighborhood was very quiet and idyllic. Very close you have everything you need like a small supermarket ,pharmacy etc. Apart from that there are a lot of nice restaurants,cafes, bakeries and a lot of place to see.We for sure will be back!

The apartment was very good and its location was excellent.
I have to note that there is only one portable air conditioning for all the apartament so its not enough also the last day they cut off the power at 9 am!!! regardless that the checkout time was 11 am... that was not nice at all. thank you very much for your good feedback.
Regarding the air conditioner we always thought that it could be sufficient if you don't need polar temperatures, even because the apartment is pretty fresh itself, but we will add a second unit next summer thanks to your suggestion.
The power cut off was not due to an hidden timer but to a maintenance service by the electric company, sorry for that but they are not so ready to inform in advance their customers about them.
Regarding check out time I think that is an average time, please consider that sometimes we need to have the time to clean it and prepare it for next guests, but if you needed to leave your luggage in, you just should have let us know...
Anyway thank you again for these suggestions, we hope to have you as guest again very soon with the promise that we will adjust the mentioned issues.
