Ognissanti Palace consists of an entire palazzo of recent restoration, in which there are two different apartments, the “Balcony”, on the 2nd floor, and the “Terrace”, located on the 3rd and 4th floor with a large terrace from where dominating the most “in” part of the city with its characteristic places frequented by young people and the celebratissima “Zattere” seashore, with its elegant palaces overlooking the Giudecca Canal, and where the Venetians, who like to stay in one of the pubs to inebriate the palate with the famous "gianduiotto" or to enjoy the sunset over the water of the lagoon from the plateatico of local foun...dations, go.

The building, with its well-kept contemporary furniture that joins a few retro taste, can accommodate up to 8 people, having at the same time private spaces for ensuring the privacy of each and large common areas in which sharing the canal view and the beautiful terrace, creating an atmosphere of great charm.

The apartment Balcony has a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a living room with kitchenette with nice door shelves overlooking the canal and the green foundation, a bathroom with a large shower. The cooking area has 3 burner gas cooker, fridge, freezer. The apartment Terrace has 3 bedrooms, large bathroom with shower, on the 3rd floor, and on the 4th and last floor you find the living area with terrace and living room and kitchen. The kitchen has a 4 burner stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.

All areas are involved by the installation for air conditioning. Washer and dryer are available for guests in the laundry room on the ground floor.

  This is the first review I have been hesitant to write, not because it was a bad experience, but because it was such a wonderful gem of a holiday rental I would like to keep this perfect piece of Venice to myself! However...if others are able to experience Ognissanti Palace as well, here goes...
  
  Booking the apartment was extremely easy through Wotif.com and we booked the apartment for three nights. We were met at the apartment by Laura who looks after the management of the apartment. Laura had my mobile telephone number and was excellent in advising times and location of where exactly to meet. Laura showed us into the apartment and every aspect of how the apartment worked.
  
  We booked the Terrace apartment which has three bedrooms downstairs with the bathroom, and upstairs has an open place kitchen and lounge area, with a wonderful terrace outside (with table and chairs). The terrace was a wonderful place to sit and have a glass of wine looking down below at the canal and boats going up and down.
  
  The apartment is beautiful. A contrast between modern furnishings and an old building combine to give an airy fresh feel to the apartment.
  
  The area where the apartment is located is very quiet and it feels extremely safe. Not far away is a small supermarket and of course many restaurants. You can deliberately get lost walking down alleyways and over canals and it is the nicest experience. One night my husband and I took a bottle of wine and sat down next to the canal - and no one even walked past.
  
  I would unreservedly recommend this vacation rental, it is the best holiday rental I have ever stayed in. We look forward to returning one day.
