We were two couples staying at Ca de l'Arco in mid June 2011. The location was excellent with an easy walk to Piazza San Marco, restaurants, the lagoon and Grand Canal or the Rialto Bridge. A fruit and vegetable vendor opened his stand just steps from our door every morning. The keyholder gave us easy instructions to the right stop on the alilaguna and was there to meet us. She led us to the apartment (again an easy walk), was very personable and spent a good amount of time giving us information and tips for things to do. We loved the regatta and boat race of the cities. The apartment is clean and the kitchen is new and complete with an oven. Our only dissatisfactions were the lack of air conditioning in the back bedroom, lack of light, and the furnishings in the main living area could use updating. The sofa with no back is hard to sit on and the red shades on all the lamps contribute to the lack of light. More lamps, white or off white shades and light colored upholstery might take away from the feeling of darkness.

Seriously cool place in a great location in Venice near St Marco Square and in a great location close to food and supermarket etc.
Family of 4, with 2 kids loved this place- excellent kitchen facilities, small but good lounge room, great master bedroom with comfy pillows and good kids bedroom.
Our only gripe was the low lighting- buy a reading lamp please! But otherwise, first class fittings, clean, heaps of top quality cooking utensils- the best place we have stayed in.
And thanks to Donatella for being such a good host. -

Great 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Venice, supplied everything we needed on short notice. We rented this apartment the day before(!) arriving in the middle of the busy tourist season and Donatella (the manager) met us at the pier and escorted us to the apartment. Apartment included washer/dryer (with detailed instructions in English), TV, gas stove, and all the cooking implements we needed. Close to restaurants, grocery store, and internet cafe.

This is a really well appointed apartment in a nice central location. Our only nitpick would be to add aC to the 2nd Bedroom (at least for July/August). Good attention to detail and overall outstanding value.

The apartment was in a great location, it was comfortable, clean, spacious and well equipped with a kitchen, crockery/utensils and a washing machine. Donnatella (the agent) was most helpful and accommodating. Good value for money!

We thought to put a fan in the second bedroom, since it is impossible to put another AC there, in order to help during the hot summer months... and I will let know the owner to put more lights for the living room, since it is facing a small street (quite usual in Venice....) and maybe it is a little too dark.
