Ca' 5393 Orange is a new and comfortable apartment situated in Cannaregio, the heart of the historical centre of Venice, between Rialto and Fondamente Nove and near to the most beautiful areas of the city: you can reach San Marco Square by walking through the picturesque "calli" and bridges and maybe also taking some shots. We are close to Miracoli Church, SS. Giovanni and Paolo Church, San Canciano, Malibran Theater and so on.

Cà 5393 is in a quite square in the heart of Venice called Campiello Widmann, between Rialto and Fondamente Nove, at a short walk from the most beautiful areas of the city: you can reach San Marco Square through the picturesque "calli" and bridges, feeling like a local. We are close to Santa Maria dei Miracoli Church, SS. Giovanni and Paolo, San Canciano, Strada Nova, SS. Apostoli.
TRANSPORTS:
Venice is a pedestrian city! If you come by car, simply leave it at the Airport Marco Polo (the cheapest parking in Venice), and take our water taxi to coome in a rush to your house!
The closest boat stops are Fondamente Nove and Rialto, both at 5 min. from the house. Fondamente Nove allows our Guests an easy access to the airport, city tour, to the Islands of Murano, Burano, Torcello and to the Lido, the elegant seaside of Venice, also popoluar for the international Film Festival. A water taxi service is available for our Guests at the best fares in town! (islands and canals tours, tranfers from / to the airport, railway st, Tronchetto, Piazzale Roma).

When you leave the apartment, make sure you have confortable shoes, and get lost! A comfortable and roomy apartment in a very quiet neighborhood with two very nice restaurants only steps away. Centrally located (without actually being in the crowded center) and two supermarkets nearby for convenient shopping on the way home from sightseeing. Chantal was very friendly and helpful and the canal tour she recommended (by topetto boat) was one of the highlights of our stay (thanks Giorgio!). Highly recommended!

Nous avons apprécié la situation de l'appartement, proche des sites intéressants et d'un arrêt de Vaporetto. Celui-ci est propre et vaste, mais nous avons regretté qu'il n'y ait pas de séjour. Il contient 2 belles chambres, avec une literie confortable et une grande cuisine sans fenêtres vers l'extérieur. Nous pensions Chantal accueillante, nous ne pouvons en juger car nous ne l'avons pas vue, ni pour l'arrivée, ni surtout pour le check-out, non joignable par téléphone...Nous avions choisi Cà 5393 Orange car Chantal parlait bien français...

Bonjour Mme Thérèse, merci de votre temoiniage. Je suis desolée de ne vous avoir pas rencontrée cette fois: l'accueil de mes hotes est ce que j'aime le plus dans mon travail. Toutefois, quand il ne me fusse pas possible, la présence de personnel chargé de me remplacer 24/7 est bien garantie. La chambre dont vous parlez est un séjour véritable: il suffit d'enlever les poufs géants et les coussins...et voilà! Le canapé se transforme en deux lits super confortables.
L'appartement Orange est bien lumineux bien qu'il soit aux rez - de - chaussée, au coeur de Venise.
Un petit conseil aux amants des appartements écalirés et spacieux: resérvez notre appartement Cà 5393 SmArt, au meme immeuble, composé par deux chambres plus séjour et cuisine separés...et une vue merveilleuse sur les toits Venisiens! -

spending a very warm week in a kind of cooler clean and well fitted groundflor apartment, very central and calm. Our children say it was cool! supermarket nearby, restaurants close in any price-range. Chantal is a lovely person and uncomplicated!

L'appartement est idéalement situé, à proximité de tout ce que Venise offre de plus beau. L'appartement offre tout le confort et le calme souhaitables. L'hôtesse est des plus sympathiques.
Nous ne chercherons pas d'autre adresse pour un prochain séjour à Venise.

Chantal was wonderful to us. My family rented two of her flats, in Venice. She was helpful and delightful. We had 9 people total, from ages 3-71, staying in her lodgings. In Orange, there were 4 of us total and the space is easily large enough and clean. It felt safe and we loved the courtyard restaurant right next door. It was lovely. I highly recommend her place(s) and would stay here again. In some ways it was nicer than a hotel. I liked being off the beaten path, on a residential street and not stuck on a tourist strip or in a touristy hotel. Thank you Chantal for helping make our trip to Venice so special.

excellent service from the moment I enquired about the apartment. All questions promptly answered. Made very welcome by Chantal when we arrived even though we were an hour early. Spacious apartment comfortably equipped with all required amenties. Position was great in a quiet residentail square with a bakery and 2 restaurants within 2 minutes walk. Easy to get to St.Marks Square, the Rialto and Strada Nova.Would definitely stay there again.

Appartement très bien situé, confortable, spacieux et calme avec toutes les commodités (restaurants, commerces, alimentations) dans un quartier pas trop touristique.
On est à la portée du pied de tous les endroits à voir: Pl. St Marc, Rialto ...
La propriétaire qui parle français nous renseigne sur tout ce qu'on peut faire et nous conseille pour des restaurants et des ballades.
Ideal journey in a well located and quiet flat nearby many facilities. Perfect host and usefull recommandations ("private" taxi and nice restaurant)

Appartement très bien situé dans le quartier de Canareggio, au calme, la ligne des vaporetti à quelques minutes de marche et très bien desservie, accueil très sympa. Appartement en RDC un peu juste pour 4, car 2 chambres et pas de salon, juste une cuisine pour se réunir, il manquait vraiment un petit balcon ou une petite cour. Cuisine bien équipée,et supermarché, bars et restaurants à proximité et pas trop touristiques.

En verité il y a un salon, qui se peut trasformer en une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux. Nous avons autres appartements au meme immeuble avec deux chambres + salon, plus spacieux pour toute la famille: j'espère de vous y hébérger en occasion de votre prochain séjour à Venise!

We spent 6 nights here with our children, ages 8 and 11. The location is excellent--easy to get to from a main vaporetto stop (with no bridges), in easy walking distance from the main sights and close to markets and restaurants, but in a fairly quiet square a little off the main tourist drag. Chantal was wonderful--very quick at communicating and helpful with tips for our stay. The apartment was not luxurious but was very comofortablr for the 4 of us. It made an excellent base for our stay and we'd definitely stay there again.

This apartment contains all of the necessities for a short-term stay in Venice. The furnishings are basic, but the apartment is perfectly clean and well-equipped. You can't beat the location, close to Rialto Bridge and Fondamente Nuovo, yet quiet with a cozy restaurant right next door. Chantal (the property manager) was very nice and accommodating. Overall, we had a great stay with no problems whatsoever.

From the moment we arrived and was met by our host at the dock, we knew we had made the right decision. Appartement très bien situé, 10 minutes à pied du Pont du
Rialto. Nous étions tout de suite plongés dans la vie Vénitienne tout en étant au calme dans l'appartement. Chantal nous a très bien accueilli et renseigné car elle parle très bien français et est très charmante.
C'est vraiment un endroit que nous recommandons propre fonctionnel avec boulangerie, épicerie, restaurants typiques à proximité. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour.
