The apartment is situated in a very central but quiet location (one minute walking distance from St. Mark's Square) and it was recently fully restored. The apartment, situated on the second floor, is characterized from its luxurious and modern furniture, chosen in the best Italian factories ( Vitra, Molteni, etc.). It is composed from a wide living room with kitchenette, two double rooms, a single one with a double sofa bed and two marble bathrooms with shower.

This apartment was a great find in a perfect location - just minutes from St Mark's square. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of space. We had a problem with the WiFi which the Manager (Veniceapartments) attended to and rectified within the day. Good beds and very nice furniture made this place excellent value for money. Only a short couple of flights of stairs up and highly secure. Would definitely be returning to this apartment next time.

perthCannot Top Location! Clean, Modern apartment. Too Easy!

The location was superb. Esp when we had two young kids in tow. (Had to be careful of window in loungeroom though with young kids and no flywire, safety issue but we kept it closed at times). So close to the main attractions and so easy to find way home. No lift but stairs were easy and you were so close to the main square and most things it wasn't an issue.
Apartment is very modern and clean and comfortable. Big wardrobes with plenty hangers. (We had to move coffee table as it is big - the apartment would be better without it. people just want to roam and have space esp with kids).
Only downfall was how smelly the bathroom got! That awful musty smell. I had to wash down the shower every day with disefectant and make sure old water didn't get stuck in the corners and leave the fan on which cuts out after a short period. It was much better when doing this. Holidays are nicer when you don't have to deal with cleaning! But the bathroom was clean and fairly modern nonetheless. It would have helped if they had supplied a bit of soap. But overall the bathroom wasn't a big issue.
ps I think its always best to travel with your own pillow for comfort!
We had a ball. Venice was amazing and staying here made it all the better.
