This luxury flat off San Mark Square is composed by 3 bedrooms, 2 double and one twin, 3 bathrooms, 2 of which en suite, 2 living rooms and a large dining area with a table that can host up to 10 persons. This apartment has air conditioning, Internet, Cable TV (SKY) and it has been restored and furnished in 2011. The canal view is on a canal that goes into the “Bacino of San Marco” and the other flat’s windows face the inside private court with a pozzo.
The apartment is on a high first floor and the raftered ceiling is of more than a 4mt high. The pavement is in parquet or Venetian marble (terrazzo alla Veneziana).

I won't repeat what the other reviewers have said but support their comments. The location is perfect, great value for money and the staff of the Red House Company, particularly Pietro, were so helpful and professional. Our party of seven were all in awe of this apartment and its proximity to San Marco's hub. It is clean and comfortable with ample bathrooms to accommodate us all. And the water taxi from our front door to the airport was sensational! Will certainly be recommending this place. Thanks again if you are reading this, Marco and Pietro.

This is a wonderful apartment; the location is excellent as are the amenities, the size of the rooms, the efficient air conditioning, and the beauty of the furnishings. The pictures portray it perfectly. It was very easy to get a boat from the airport and walk just a very few steps to where our hostess was waiting. She was very welcoming and explained everything clearly. I would recommend this apartment to my friends and hope to stay here again.

Appartement de qualité, idéalement situé, très spacieux et confortable, avec sortie de l'immeuble directement devant la mer, et sur le côté un joli canal, tout cela à 300 mètres à droite sur le même quai que le palais des Doges, il peut être loué en même temps de celui de dessous nommé Ca' Navagero apt1 de la même qualité que le numéro 2, en fait sur les deux appartements nous étions 16, l'espace était largement suffisant.
Les personnes s'occupant de ces locations sont vraiment sympathiques et surtout très réactives, aussi bien avant que pendant la location, dépôt de garantie reçu par virement sur mon compte 2 heures après le départ, par exemple.
Conclusion : Escapade à Venise réussie, ces logements y ont contribué, parfait à recommander -

Our stay at Ca' Navagero turned out to be our best stay throughout Italy this summer. While Italy was very hot this august, this home was a welcome relief for our daily retreat from the hustle and bustle of Venice, completely air conditioned. Wonderfully situated on the waterfront, for lots of sight-seeing. Well equipped, we were able to have a few evenings in after shopping at the local farmer's market. Everything we needed for meal prep, laundry and entertainment were there. The manager, Marco, was most helpful, and proved to be one of our most enjoyable encounters on the entire trip. He arranged our water taxi, met us en-route, and became our tour guide along the way. He was easy to reach when we had a few questions during our stay, and most helpful with everything! If I could rate the service above "Excellent", I certainly would do so. I would highly recommend both this location and using The Red House Company again. I think this would be a great place to stay in the colder months as well, as it is situated above a glass factory. Christmas in Venice sounds like a wonderful idea to me.

We loved our stay in Ca Navagero. All the arrangements were managed very professionally and the flat is spacious and very comfortable. You could not ask for a better location. We enjoyed being there so much we cooked at home acouple of nights which was also very enjoyable.

This apartment was just perfect for our stay in Venice. With two adults (54 & 60) and four young adults (19, 20, 22 & 25) we needed space and proper kitchen to save money on eating out. This apartment has great bedding arrangement. Large bedrooms and plenty of space to relax after a long day tramping the alleys of Venice. The single beds were a bit short for the tall australian men but we made do. The location was prime and quiet. The welcoming party were very accomendating- meeting us promptly and explaining everything very well.

We have just returned from a week in Venice staying at Ca' Navagero just next to St Mark's Square. It was an amazing week helped along by Marco Malafante who managed the property. He organised the water taxi which awaited us on our arrival and took us practically to our door. The apartment was a splendid refuge of tranquillity which we loved to come back to at the end of our days exploring the city by foot. The teenagers were particularly impressed by the apartment with its high beamed ceilings and windows overlooking the canal. Their bedroom was magnificent both in size and glamour. We would definitely love to return = many thanks for a truly memorable week.

Very clean, spacious, quiet and elegant apartment.
Good piping system, no leaks and good water pressure (amazing for Venice).
Only negative point: rather small kitchen in relation to the size of the place and number of people allowed. It has the necessary equipment for a good breakfast but other meals are a bit of a problem (no working surface).
However Marco gave us a list of really excellent restaurants. -

Great location for all tastes, whether you want to live venetians Venice (Castello), San Marco and posh spots (Harry's, Florian and branded shops), take a boat to explore the Lagoon islands, bring the kids to nice playgrounds in San Elena, dine in super restaurants ... everthing super convenient.
Cute apartment, spacious and mint -- exactly what you see in the pictures. Great service and help from Marco, thank you, nothing can go less than smoothly with his organisation.
We were 2 adults 2 infants and 1 nanny and were all super happy and excited to extend the vacation more and more. Will definitely come back.
Only caveat: the kitchen is not live-in, does not encourage big cooking endevours -
