For over two decades, my family has enjoyed several of these charming single story units most every year. The location is perfect: directly on the Gulf, with a quiet lovely landscaped courtyard leading to the beach, and yet only a short walk to the charmimg shopping and eating areas of Venice.
The "Island of Venice" and these units provide all the facilities and relaxation we expect on our vacation. We have had several wonderful family reunions here as returning to the area is an "easy sell." The managers, Peter and Pat are outstanding in assuring our comfort and all their guests.

We have been coming to the Yacht Club apts for 7-8 years, and will be bck in 2012. We lover the friendly atmosphere of a small resort. We get to know all of the guests, and enjoy the parties. Peter and Pat, the managers, are very friendly and outgoing, and try to maked sure we have a good winter vacation.

Yca is a wonderfully quiet, friendly, small apartment complex directly on Venice Beach. Each apartment is tastefully decorated and supplied with all you need to make your stay comfortable. We particularly like the end unit where the lanai looks directly on to the beach. This two bedroom, two bath unit has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture and room for at least six to eat and sleep. We often have friends over and have plenty of room for everyone!
The heated pool is lovely in the winter and nice and cool in the summer. The grounds are lovely and well kept. Fishing is great from the beach or the nearby jetty. There are even fishing poles in the apartment we visit most often. The Venice Fishing Pier and Casperson's Beach are just a short drive away. On the right days, surfing and wave riding are great.
The couple who manage the complex are both wonderful and helpful. They ensure that your stay is the best that it can be.
We definitely enjoy the quiet atmosphere and family friendly accommodations. If you are looking for a quiet, family-friendly place to spend a few days, a few weeks, or a few months, definitely choose the Yacht Club apartments!

We have been staying at the Yacht Club apartments, (No. 22) for 7-8 years. We enjoy it for it's friendly atmosphere. We get to know the other guests because they keep coming back too. Peter and Pat are ideal hosts, always involved with the guests. We enjoy the beach 50 yards away, and our daILY walks downtown. All in all a nice winter vacation.

Have been returning to YCa for the last 7 years. Staying mostly in #15. Friendly and always serviceminded management (Pat & Peter). Apt. have been constantly upgraded. Location is excellent directly on the beach, and the garden with pool is nice. Great biking and walking possibilities in the area.
