One bedroom apartment, very centrally located (near Accademia bridge, Palazzo Grassi), pretty outlook.
Furnished in Venetian style, the apartment is composed of: an entrance, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a double bedroom. There is a new, confortable sofa bed (three quartier size) in a small separate room, with a glass door. It is on the 1st floor, 13 stairs, and it has an elevator, for persons and luggage.

We just returned from a wonderful trip.
We rented the apartment for a week from aline, who was a joy to work with.
Aline was patient and understanding with our travel plans which kept changing due to family health.
The apartment was perfect.
It was in a beautiful location for visiting all the areas of Venice.
The apartment had everything we needed for our time in Venice.
The apartment is also much larger than the photos show.
We did not get to meet aline but we did get to meet Jessica (her assistant) and her beautiful little girl. They were also very gracious and kind.
If you want to have a wonderful apartment to stay in Venice, I would highly recommend this one.
If I am lucky enough to return to Venice, I hope I will be able to return here. -

We were very kindly received by aline, we stayed 3 nights at this apartment and it was great, very cosy and well located, near to 2 vaporetto lines and not crowded by tons of tourists.
There is even a stairs-elevator that was of great help for us as my aunt has difficulties going upstairs.
Will definitely recommend it and be back there if I ever go again to Venice. -

An excellent location in San Marco with an certain specific that gives the feeling of returning in time. Aline and her husband are very specials and that's for sure. Definitely we will return.

To have an unforgettable trip to Venice go to this place !! it is amazing, the location is the best you can find, close to all major things to visit and still very quiet. Enjoy a tipical Venician home. Great I will come back soon !!
