Luxury and large apartment at walking distance from Saint Mark Square. this apartment has 2 double bedrooms a twin bedroom and 2 double sofa beds. 3 full bathroonms and alarge living and dining area. the apartment is equipped with central heating and air conditioning. ideal for large family groups it has all the comforts for a lovely Venetian experience. the apartment has 6 windows facin a canal and can be rented in combination with another twin apartment for a total of 18 persons staying in 360mq with private entrance.

Located near sant Mark Square and just of the Vivaldi's church it is close to all the main museums and transportation facilities that allow the guests to get from the Airport, train station and car parks terminals in few minutes. in fact it is at 5 minutes walk from the Alilaguna, vaporettos' and taxi dockings, the stations to depart to visit the islands and Lido of Venice is just off the road and in the area there are top restaurants and excellent pizzerias.

Our family of 3 generations and 9 persons in total were delighted to stay in Ca'Navagero, apartment 2 for a week in October.
Ecpecially the location near the Vaparetto stations and the beautiful water line was much appreciated.
The weather in October can be a challenge, but the apartment is so cosy that you are able to spend as much time as you like in the big living room with games and reading.
We can clearly recommend this apartment.

great organized. taxi was waiting at the airport, host was wating in front of the house. check-in and check-out fast and effective. appartement was nice, clean and good equipted. thank you.

We had a great time in Venice. The apartment is so spacious and comfortable! Our family of 7 had plenty of room - the view is outstanding! Marco was so helpful and a gracious host. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Un 10 en todos los sentidos. El palazzo, precioso, comodo,amplio,limpio,bien equipado. Todo UN Lujo!!! y sobre todo agradecer al Señor Malafante su profesionalidad, que durante meses contestó a nuestros mails con toda la paciencia del mundo, disipando todas nuestras dudas y asesorándonos correctisimamente, igualmente destacar a la persona que nos esperó, Pietro, para recepcionarnos,pacientemente... (pues eramos 16 personas) despedirnos y recomendarnos unos restaurantes espectaculares(de barrio con unos precios buenísimos y una pasta exquisita. Nos reservaron taxi, lo cual recomendamos, que nos estaba esperando. Muchísimas gracias por todo y nos vemos pronto.

We recently staid in this apartment in a group of 9 people. What an amazing place. Fantastic position being a short walk to St Marks square, to getting water transport at your front door and what you see in the photos is exactly what you get. The set up was just great, nothing lacking at all. From the initial contact about the apartment to the arranging of a water taxi to be picked up and shown the apartment was 2nd to none. Gaiam was sssooo helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to anybody. Only downside was we had to leave it...hehe

We rented the apartment for a family vacation, we were 9 in total and had plenty of space for everyone one.
The apartment in itself is magnificent, it has all the commodities you may wish for: Wi-fi, cabled tv, fully equipped kitchen, 3 full bathrooms, powerful aC for hot days in Venice, etc.
Also, the location right near to Plaza San Marco and very easy to travel within as it is very close to major water bus stops.
We loved the apartment, we highly recommend it for a family or group vacation, it was perfect!

This flat offeres everything it needs to feel like a member of an old Venetian family. You enter from the riva des schiavoni through a wide entrance and a lovely inner court the stylish staircase and find on the second floor a wonderful, spacious appartement. You enter an unusual world under heavy wooden ceiling beams. Holidays start, entering the place. You immediately forget, how you normally live and that you normally have to work.
There is plenty of space to meet in the living room for conversations or common meals.Three bedrooms (and three bathrooms) give everybody enough space to retreat from the party. The appartement is pure luxury for 6 people, but even for 9 inhabitants you find enough glasses for wine and water in the evening and juice in the morning. The appartement is perfectly equipped. You really find everything, that was promised - like good beds, enough light for reading, comfortable chairs, a big refrigerator.
The house has an ideal location for excursions of Venice by foot or vaporetto, because the next station is just in front of the house. When you go to bed you listen to the sound of waves from boats in the canal under your windows.
It is a perfect place for relaxing holidays in the middle of Venice for a group or a big family. We perfectly felt at home at this well kept place and the very good customer service and the suggestions for restaurants.
We'll definitly be back!

Appartement de qualité, idéalement situé, très spacieux et confortable, avec sortie de l'immeuble directement devant la mer, et sur le côté un joli canal, tout cela à 300 mètres à droite sur le même quai que le palais des Doges, il peut être loué en même temps de celui de dessous nommé Ca' Navagero apt1 de la même qualité que le numéro 2, en fait sur les deux appartements nous étions 16, l'espace était largement suffisant.
Les personnes s'occupant de ces locations sont vraiment sympathiques et surtout très réactives, aussi bien avant que pendant la location, dépôt de garantie reçu par virement sur mon compte 2 heures après le départ, par exemple.
Conclusion : Escapade à Venise réussie, ces logements y ont contribué, parfait à recommander
