Stunning decor for this large apartment (130 squared metres) refurbished in 2012 whose main features are: large&panoramic; terrace, brightness and view. A luxury but cosy apartment to please everyone: perfect both for families, couples or groups of friends. The property is central but at the same time quite and far from the crowd.

The property is in a very alive area, with many restaurants and bars nearby as well as supermarket,little food shops, the fresh fish and vegetable market and one of the most famous confectionery in town,
At the border of Dorsoduro district, the apartment is close to the most famous museums: Ca' Rezzonico, Guggenheim Collection, Accademia Galleries, Punta della Dogana. You can also reach Rialto in 10" and St. Mark square in 15". Railwaiy station is very close and Piazzale Roma carpark ( the arrival od shuttles from airport) is at a stone's throw.
From May to September you can swim,ride or play golf at Lido di Venezia, that you can reach with a 30 minutes journey by public boat.

Richmond, VAGorgeous apartment in a convenient, quiet Venice location

This apartment was absolutely stunning. The first thing one notices are the amazing glass doors leading to the terrace that allow light to flow into the newly renovated space. The kitchen is amply equipped with everything you would need to cook for yourself, although there are many lovely local restaurants and bars closeby. There are many local food stands and markets that allow visitors to cook authentic Italian meals on their own in the apartment.
For myself, I visited Florence to take language courses at the Istituto Venezia, which is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment and to visit with a friend. The size was more than ample for a family or 4-5 friends to share. My experience was amazing and I'm returning this Spring with some family to tour more of the beautiful city.
Tessa was a gracious host who met me at the bus station to escort me and share un'ombra on the terrace. -

What a great place to stay in Venice. So, easy to find - we were met by Tessa's son as we alighted from the number 5 bus from the airport. Tessa could not have been more helpful. If we travel to Venice again, we will certainly stay here. Can't recommend this place and its owner too highly!
