We spent 3 days in Ca delle Maschere apartment (4 adults) at the end of april. The trip from Marco Polo airport to the apartment was simplicity itself because of the helpful directions given by the owner Luciano Migliorini and Laura the apartment agent via email (thank you both). The apartment itself is very close to the Rialto Mercano waterbus stop so getting our suitcases to the apartment was very easy. The location is absolutely perfect with the Rialto Bridge only a short distance away and very close to plenty of restaurants along the main canal as well as all of the main locations. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean and tidy having only been renovated about 2 years ago. Much has been said all ready on recent reviews so I won't repeat them again but I must say that I did take the plunge and booked the apartment based on what they said and I was not disappointed. I will definitely book this again for a visit to the beautiful city of Venice!

We had a really nice stay in Venice in this lovely property. It is situated right next to the Rialto market, where lots of local produce and fish was for sale, and about 2 minutes walk from the amazing Rialto bridge. We could easily walk to San Marco square and to local shops and restaurants. I was pleased to find that there was a hairdryer, heating and a clothes line outside the window, although I would have preferred duvets to blankets in the childrens room. As was to be expected from a city centre location there was some noise on one of the nights from neighbouring restaurants and bars. The owner and agent really did their best to make us feel at home and we would strongly recommend this property.

I spent 3 days in Ca delle Maschere apartment with my boyfriend and 3 other friends.
It was mid July and the city was really hot and humid so, the first thing we really appriaciated was the apartment's perfect air conditioned system that allowed us to sleep very well.
The apartment is really nice and the building was recently renovated. This place has all the comforts you can desire. The location is also wonderfull: you can reach all the main Venetian locations by walk, and this is really great in a city like Venice, famous for its pictoresque and amazing little streets.
The owners also suggested us typical and excellent restaurants where you can eat typical venetian cuisine and they were also very helpful in giving us relevant information about places to see in Venice.
We strongly suggest you to choose Ca delle Maschere for a wonderfull and unique stay in the amazing city of Venice!! -

The flat and the accomodations wath realy great :) thanks you for every thing ... all the advises was very good.
I realy appreciate the place where we use to leave. Every thing was so close by walk :)
We want to come back with friends to introduce them to this great city.
What is funny is that, when you stay in a rental flat you feel like a venician and not like a commun turist ! Thank you for that it help us so much to discover the city from italian's eyes ;)

Nous sommes venus ma copine et moi dans cet appartement pour une semaine.
L'emplacement est parfait, il est situé à proximité du Rialto, ce qui fait que nous sommes proche de tout les lieux touristiques.
En ce qui concerne l'appartement en lui même, il est juste magnifique!!! tout le mobilier est neuf, la peinture a été refaite j'imagine récemment et la déco est superbe.
J'ai vraiment été très content de mon séjour. Je ne peux que le conseiller!!!
Ps: de plus le personnel de l'agence est agréable et arrangeant.

The minute we entered the Ca' delle Maschere apartment, my family and I felt a breath of Venetian tradition, unperturbed by the numerous modern commodities which the apartment had, which in turn made our stay run smoothly. We enjoyed dining in the spacious kitchen/living room, with the typically Venetian wooden pillars on the high ceiling. The location was also excellent, as we found we could reach all the main attractions on foot. The building which houses the apartment appears to have been very recently rennovated, an extremely reassuring fact in a city as ancient as Venice! I feel that staying in this apartment was the perfect backdrop for the truly colourful days we spent in Venice. For anyone with a need for comfort and a strategically ideal location, I heartily recommend this apartment!
