This cute florida style apartment has 1 bedroom, bath, kitchenette and includes everything you need for a comfortable and carefree vacation. Bedroom includes queen size bed and 1 twin bed. Livingroom has queen size sofabed for extra sleep space if needed. Lanai overlooks beautiful courtyard and the gulf is just steps away. Come and see the beautiful sunsets in our little piece of paradise.

Very cute apartment. It was clean, bright and spacious. Appliances were modern. We would stay again, but would prefer to stay in an apartment that is not right on the street. Every car that went by at night blasted our bedroom window with headlights. Early morning trucks were loud. Bring a hair dryer and maybe an extension cord with multiple outlets as there are very limited accessible outlets. WiFi was nice. Beach access good. Oh and bring beach towels. Check the dishwasher for dishes. Ice maker in freezer.

Our stay at the YCa in Venice, Fl. was wonderful. (Pat Reyes owner). The apt. was comfortable and convenient to the fishing jetty, inland water way, walking distance to a 5 stary restaurant surrounded by an upscale neighborhood. Located on the Gulf of Mexico was great. The apt. was very well equipped and if we ever had a need for anythinng, it was guickly taken care of. Another plus was being able to park right at the back door and not hae to negotiate any steps. This was expecially helpful when groceryn shopping. We have many fond memories of our stay and would return iin a minute if we were able.
