This flat is ultra modern yet set in a traditional space in a secure, quiet residential area. We felt welcome and safe. Everything we could possibly need was provided by delightful and responsible owners.
The supermarket was a convenient distance, and our evening aperitivo was enjoyed on the Zattere, close by.
It is wonderful staying in an area where Venetians live and where we could enjoy a garden for ourselves.
Not far from San Marco, yet far enough to forget that you are a tourist.
Enjoy. I will hopefully return to this delightful place. -

The Truly Venice team was fantastic and the apartment was a great home base in Venice. It was within easy walking distance to many restaurants, shops and water taxis. This is the second time that we have used Truly Venice, and we were not disappointed.

Eden is a compact small apartment in a fabulous position equidistant from the Grand Canal and the Giudecca Canal. The apartment is simple but absolutely adequate, but although it is for 4 people I think it is probably more comfortable for 2. Having said that, 2 of us rented it for 2 weeks but were joined for 6 days by a son, daughter-in-law and 20 month old baby and it worked fine. Having a garden was an absolutel bonus as was the perfect quiet (except for the chirch bells!) of the area. All the arrangements worked perfectly and we loved it loved it.

Letizia met us with her usual friendly welcome. The flat is charming and being on ground level, very easy to access. As we were there in March and it was cold at night, we appreciated very much having heating on in the evenings. The supermarket is very close and easy to use. But also the academia and the Gugenheim art gallery. It is close to vaparetto stops. Plenty of good restaurants nearby.
We enjoyed the garden with the lucertole running along the wall and the black caps singing. Hope to be able to come again. -

The Eden apartment was really well equipped, the only thing it needed was a plug for the sink in the kitchen & a few more mugs. The seating area in the living room was also very limited (okay for 2 but not enough for 4).We stayed for 8 days so we did cook 2-3 times, & there was everything you needed to prepare a meal. The location worked really well for us - everything we needed was nearby but the apartment itself was a peaceful haven. I also liked the fact that there were blankets on the beds rather than the ubiquitous duvets!. We would definitely come back here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Eden apartment located in our favorite part of Venice. This lovely apartment with private garden in Dorsoduro was a welcome, comfortable, base for activities throughout our stay. The residence is immaculately clean, well-furnished, and bright due to garden views from every window. Great location for galleries, restaurants, etc. My husband and I were travelling with his daughter and it was wonderful to have the private outdoor space for relaxing after walking around the city each day. The church bells nearby just added to the ambiance of this home away from home.
The check-in process was easy and all our questions answered by Pietro. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again. -

we were given very good advice by truly Venice on how to arrive at our water bus-stop and were met by a really nice guy who showed us the way to our apartment. The apartment was very attractive and comfortable. Our only complaint is that the Wifi wasn't working and we really desparately needed Internet connection. Unfortunately there seemed to be a decided lack of urgency in trying to get it sorted despite our making it very clear on a number of times how essential it was for us.
We loved the location, close enough but a little out of the main tourist hub, Very close to a supermarket and lots of restaurants.
A great experience only let down by the resposne to our Wifi complaint. -
