ALL VIEWS ON VENICE RATES, IRRESPECTIVE OF LENGTH OF STAY, ARE FULLY INCLUSIVE OF ALL UTILITIES* - gas, electricity, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, welcome on arrival and check-in up until 7.30 p.m.** are all included, as are air-conditioning and internet access if available at your chosen apartment. And while the Venice Tourist Tax*** is an extra on bookings made on or after 8th May '13, there are NO HIDDEN CHARGES.
Rentals of over 7 nights also include a weekly bed linen and towel change during your stay.
* Telephone charges, where applicable, are extra.
**Arrivals between 7.30 p.m. and midnight incur a late arrival fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival.
*** Introduced by the City of Venice Council on stays at hotels, b&b;, campsites, apartment rentals etc., this per night/per person tax is levied on the first 5 consecutive nights of a client’s stay in Venice and is payable to your Views on Venice representative in cash (euros) upon arrival at the apartment.
The Rental Deposit (40% of the rental) will be debited from your credit card when you finalise your booking with us, while the balance will be debited by you through our credit card payment gateway at least 20 days prior to your arrival. Note that if paying by bank transfer, an extra €20 administrative fee will be charged to each transaction (i.e. deposit and final payment). Click here for further details regarding payment.
The Security Deposit (the amount specified alongside the apartment rate) is required against any breakage or damages to the apartment or to its furniture and equipment caused by the client during the rental period. This is payable to Views on Venice upon presentation of your credit card upon arrival at the apartment prior to occupancy.
Credit card details will be automatically recorded and subsequently cancelled by Views on Venice on the day of departure should no breakage or damages to the apartment or its furniture and equipment have occurred during the rental period.

The pictures of the property on the site don't look so good so I felt I had taken a risk by choosing it based only on the reviews. But it was perfect! We were greeted by the manager who had indicated to us by phone how to arrive and was available at all times. She gave us very good advice regarding where to have dinner (Enoteca ai artisti). The flat is great: spotlessly clean, entirely renovated and very comfortable (great bathrooms) and with a fully equipped kitchen. It is perfectly located (on the piazza Santa Margarita) which is both very central and very calm. We were 6 people and felt very much at ease (on the photos that advertise the place, it looks all very small and stuffy but it is not). There is a very good supermarket at a 5-min walk if you want to eat at home. The air condition works very well. The only thing which could be improved is the Internet access. For some reason, it seemed that we could connect only two computers at a time and it got disconnected very often (still, you could eventually get connected for a while). I very wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Our stay at Ca' Delle Carrozze was wonderful. The apartment was in great condition and exactly as advertised. We preferred staying away from the tourist centers in Venice and this location in Dorsoduro is a great way to experience an actual in-city neighborhood. The booking and check-in process went very smoothly and the extremely helpful staff was easy to contact. Having in-room WiFi made keeping in communication with family simple as well. Looking forward to our next trip to Venice!

To begin with the staff at Views on Venice could not have been more helpful.
We (family, parents and 3 adult children!!) arrived a few hours before check in and were allowed to leave our bags in the apartment and freshen up before officially checking in which after a long and hot jounrney was great.
The apartment (well house really) is a 10 minute walk from Ca' Rezzonico vaporetto stop, superbly located.
This was our 5th visit to Venice but our first booking with Views on Venice. It will not be the last.
I could go on and on about the apartment and its location but suffice to say I would highly recommend both Views on Venice and the apartment.Response from Views on Venice - 07/28/2010

Upon our arrival we were greeted by a representative who was courteoius and informative. The apartment was beautiful and very well maintained. The apartment was in a very good neighborhood. It was a pleasure to stay there and we felt right at home. We still remember our time spent there and look forward to returning to Venice and using Views on Venice. The apartment was a part of our fantastic Venice experience.

Ca´Delle Carrozze is a well equiped and comfortable appartment with a verry worm and cosy ambiente, the only items we missed were some hooks in the bathroom to deposit towels and something else.
The complete service that the company "Views on Venice" offerd us was perfect, thank you.

It was a year and a half ago at this point. We were trying to arrange a group of 6 people to visit venice. We had done searches on the internet but didn't find any accomodation that suited.
I then contacted views on Venice. They tailored a package for what we needed and were extremely helpful.
On arrival, the directions were spot on and a representative met us at the nearest boat stop to show us exactly where it was.
When we got to the appartment - it was perfect. It appeared very new, it was nicely decorated, extremely clean and sug and warm (for March - not summer). I could not say a bad word about the apartment or 'views on venice'. Last year a recommended them to a colleague and she too managed to book exactly what she needed with ease.
