ALL VIEWS ON VENICE RATES, IRRESPECTIVE OF LENGTH OF STAY, ARE FULLY INCLUSIVE OF ALL UTILITIES* - gas, electricity, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, welcome on arrival and check-in up until 7.30 p.m.** are all included, as are air-conditioning and internet access if available at your chosen apartment. And while the Venice Tourist Tax*** is an extra on bookings made on or after 8th May '13, there are NO HIDDEN CHARGES.
Rentals of over 7 nights also include a weekly bed linen and towel change during your stay.
* Telephone charges, where applicable, are extra.
**Arrivals between 7.30 p.m. and midnight incur a late arrival fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival.
*** Introduced by the City of Venice Council on stays at hotels, b&b;, campsites, apartment rentals etc., this per night/per person tax is levied on the first 5 consecutive nights of a client’s stay in Venice and is payable to your Views on Venice representative in cash (euros) upon arrival at the apartment.
The Rental Deposit (40% of the rental) will be debited from your credit card when you finalise your booking with us, while the balance will be debited by you through our credit card payment gateway at least 20 days prior to your arrival. Note that if paying by bank transfer, an extra €20 administrative fee will be charged to each transaction (i.e. deposit and final payment). Click here for further details regarding payment.
The Security Deposit (the amount specified alongside the apartment rate) is required against any breakage or damages to the apartment or to its furniture and equipment caused by the client during the rental period. This is payable to Views on Venice upon presentation of your credit card upon arrival at the apartment prior to occupancy.
Credit card details will be automatically recorded and subsequently cancelled by Views on Venice on the day of departure should no breakage or damages to the apartment or its furniture and equipment have occurred during the rental period.

On our return visit to Venice, we decided to rent an apartment in a Venetian neighbourhood. Views on Venice made the process very easy -- we were able to choose from a variety of accommodations on offer and chose Ca Giorgione in the Canareggio neighbourhood. The apartment was well furnished, very clean, roomy and in a quiet area well away from the tourist traps. A local grocery store, wine store, vegetable stand and many restaurants were very close by. Tv and WiFi were easily accessed, the apartment was well equipped, and laundry facilities were excellent. We would definitely use the services of Views on Venice for future rentals.

Friends rented this place and invited us over for a few days. The location is excellent - quiet but easy to get to tourist hotspots. There's a Co-op supermarket very close and it's only 5 mins to F. Nove. We used the alilaguna boat service from/to Marco Polo airport. The apartment itself is spacious and very light, with good views over the adjacent gardens. Wifi works well. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom fine once you figure out how to regulate the shower's water temperature. It was unseasonably hot, sunny and humid for late September and the only downside was that there are a/c units in one bedroom and the living room but that leaves the 2nd bedroom, kitchen and bathroom hot.

I don't believe in being critical as everyone's expectations differ, but I would like to share our personal experience, if only to help manage expectations. The staff of Views on Venice were very professional - Rachele was very personable and efficient. Now on the apartment - there were several types of insects in the apartment when we arrived - mosquitoes, flies and spiders ( found on the bed). When using hot water in the shower, do not use small kitchen appliances like the toaster or you will get cold water. This is not a complaint since we understand the challenge in wiring old buildings. Shower drain needed unclogging. Covering on sofa needed a wash. We passed it on to the staff as constructive feedback. Based on the quality of Vov's service, I would rent from them again.

Our apartment in Venice was spacious, clean, and very well appointed. We had a lovely view of a garden next door, with sights, restaurants, and supermarkets all within a short walk. It was an excellent apartment for our girls too. The only downside was they couldn't supply a high chair. Feeding our baby was quite a challeng!. Otherwise, we loved our stay and will definitely book another apartment through views on venice when we return.

Arrangements to collect the key were excellent and representative (Rachel) was very helpful. Lovely two bedroom apartment in a quiet residential area, very close to small supermarket and nearby shops. Easy access to Grande Canal or via streets to many landmarks, Rialto Bridge, St Mark's Square etc. Apartment was warm and clean, with full kitchen and excellent bathroom. The only thing missing was access to the weather forecast on the television - but the weather was very good anyway !! We would love to visit again in the future.

This apartment is conveniently yet quietly located near Ca d'Oro. The apartment had everything required for self-catering and a reasonably convenient supermarket for provisions.
The apartment itself was very comfortable, good beds and a large bath and good shower. The washing machine and drier were also useful.

We stayed at Ca'Giorgione at the end of September, 2008/beginning of October. The apartment was really nice; spacious and clean and the free wi-fi was a definite plus. You have your own entrance from the street. When you first open the door,there's a foyer and to the right is your own private laundry room. Then you go up a flight of stairs to the apartment. Everything was completely private and it felt like we were staying in a private house. My only complaint (or concern) was the fact that it was already cold in Venice around this time, especially at night and in the morning, and when we inquired about heat, we were told that they were not allowed to turn the heat on in the apartment until mid-October - when we would already be gone. I'm not sure what that was about, but we were pretty cold when we were in the apartment.
