ALL VIEWS ON VENICE RATES, IRRESPECTIVE OF LENGTH OF STAY, ARE FULLY INCLUSIVE OF ALL UTILITIES* - gas, electricity, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, welcome on arrival and check-in up until 7.30 p.m.** are all included, as are air-conditioning and internet access if available at your chosen apartment. And while the Venice Tourist Tax*** is an extra on bookings made on or after 8th May '13, there are NO HIDDEN CHARGES.
Rentals of over 7 nights also include a weekly bed linen and towel change during your stay.
* Telephone charges, where applicable, are extra.
**Arrivals between 7.30 p.m. and midnight incur a late arrival fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival.
*** Introduced by the City of Venice Council on stays at hotels, b&b;, campsites, apartment rentals etc., this per night/per person tax is levied on the first 5 consecutive nights of a client’s stay in Venice and is payable to your Views on Venice representative in cash (euros) upon arrival at the apartment.
The Rental Deposit (40% of the rental) will be debited from your credit card when you finalise your booking with us, while the balance will be debited by you through our credit card payment gateway at least 20 days prior to your arrival. Note that if paying by bank transfer, an extra €20 administrative fee will be charged to each transaction (i.e. deposit and final payment). Click here for further details regarding payment.
The Security Deposit (the amount specified alongside the apartment rate) is required against any breakage or damages to the apartment or to its furniture and equipment caused by the client during the rental period. This is payable to Views on Venice upon presentation of your credit card upon arrival at the apartment prior to occupancy.
Credit card details will be automatically recorded and subsequently cancelled by Views on Venice on the day of departure should no breakage or damages to the apartment or its furniture and equipment have occurred during the rental period.

As this year it was our 30th wedding anniversary.A trip to Venice was the only place to celebrate!!
Views on Venice again excelled themselves in finding us the perfect spot ,away from the noise and the crowds but only 10 mins walk from St Marks.
Yes there was no lift so a healthy walk up the stairs was the only downside but the compensation was a wonderful view accros the roof tops and a terrace to sit out on. Also only 5 mins walk from San Samuele ment getting there was easy.
Views on Venice's staff also kept the secret of a surprise visit by the rest of the family from my wife and also arranged a special table for the celebratory dinner on the Saturday night .
What more could you ask for the staff were wonderful, the flat ideal and nothing could be too much trouble thank you Views on Venice we will of course be back!!Response from Views on Venice - 11/13/2012

The whole process of booking, arrival and staying was incredibly simple. Views on Venice were very efficient and the staff helpful and friendly. Venice is such a wonderful place but it was very hot so our apartment was a wonderful oasis to come home to and had plenty of space and comfort for a family of 4 (parents and daughters aged 12 and 10). Everything worked well and the position was fantastic - close to everything yet quiet at night. Couldn't have asked for more and yes, we would stay there again.

The apartment Ca Malipiero is very comfortable and in an excellent location, convenient to small stores which carry a range of food items and wine. It is far enough off the beatn track to be quiet but close enough to be in a very convenient location to most major sites. The staff of Views on Venice is very informative and helpful and prompt in responding to questions and meeting times. i like the ease of staying in this apartment.

We booked this last minute on the internet, and over a weekend. The staff were super helpful, meeting us off the vaporetto and checking us in late on a Sunday afternoon. The apartment was very clean, and there was even a magnificent roof top terrace off one of the bedrooms (this is a top floor apartment therefore there were some stairs to climb from the street, nothing major, but bear it in mind). Facilities were fine, plenty of crockery and utensils, also had a washing machine, and wi-fi worked beautifully. 5 minutes walk to the Ponte dell'Accademia, but still on a quiet Calle. The closest vaporetto is San Samuele, which is only a few stops down the Grand Canal from the train station. This was all we had hoped for in a Venice apartment, and then some! Thoroughly recommend Views on Venice.

A nice holiday in Venice

The apartment was furnished and is located as indicated online (No false advertisement). The hostess was on time upon our arrival and very helpful and professional in answering our specific questions. She was a local so she knows the city and culture well not like other places we visited where the hostesses were foreigners themselves. We were provided with hospitality food upon our late arrival which was nice and very helpful.
