Enter the pillared foyer of this beautiful home to the right the formal dining room with seating for eight and to the left the master suite. With king bed and very pretty seating area that has private entrance to the pool area. This room also features an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, deep tub and walk in closet.
This home also has a wall intercom system and radio. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with all the modern conveniences and has rattan stools around the counter. There is also a small dinette done in rattan with glass top table that looks out onto the pool area for informal dining.

We had a wonderful stay in Venice. The home was perfect for our group of 7 and the pool was used daily. We loved being able to eat outside and enjoy the covered patio. The location was perfect for us as we tried many beaches but ended up at Casperson Beach looking for Shark teeth most days. My husband made the kids a floating sifter that worked great, we ended up leaving two at the house for other kids to enjoy. We definitely would rent again!

Although it was January, we had fantastic weather in a lovely villa. It was very homely and relaxing, great pool area and the added bonus of a pool table in the garage. Two min. from the beach and close to several restaurants.
Would recommend to anyone, (but would rather keep the secret to ourselves!!!)

We loved everything about this spacious villa in South Venice. We stayed for 2 weeks and found the accomodations perfect for our family. Leslie at TMI, as always, was wonderful to work with, helpful and prompt with all of our needs. The pool was perfect for late afternoon swims after a day at the beach or golfing and boating. The game room entertained us in the evening and helped to keep noise to a minimum for the little ones sleeping in the house. We even hosted our Florida family for a big Thanksgiving dinner. We will definitely be coming back next year.

Our second visit to a really wonderful villa. Everything about the villa - furnishings,equipment, Dvds, pool table, location, restaurants, beach - all fantastic. The pool heating and treatment kept going to failure mode and it took nine of the ten days we stayed before it was fixed - shame we paid for pool heating - what a waste of money.

We enjoy getting away from the New England weather for 6 weeks and having plenty of room so our family can visit.
It is nice to be able to go to the beaches and come back & swim in the pool and have a barbq. We have been going to this ara for 13 years and considerit a "home away from home" once we arrive, it's like we never left. Tmi is great, whenever there has been a problem, the response is immediate, no matter the day or time.
