This nice, new and big flat is located in the real center of Venice, at only two minutes walk from the most beautiful square of the world: San Marco.
The flat is near to the main boat station of the public transport service of Venezia named San Zaccaria.
Inside there is a large double bedroom (where we can prepare up to six beds) with satellite television with a beautiful and romantic canal view where you can listen to the serenades of the gondoliers, then there is a kitchen with a dining table and a full bathroom, in the flat we provide FREE WIFI !!!

Mori's flat is located at ONLY 2 minutes from San Marco square, in San Filippo e Giacomo square, at San Zaccaria boat station.
From the train station Santa Lucia or from the bus station Piazzale Roma (from Venice or Treviso airport take the bus to Piazzale Roma) , take the boat number 1 or 51 to San Zaccaria boat station, then walk and take the street in front of you named "calle delle rasse" until the end when you get to San Filippo e Giacomo square.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of six (including four children) with two comfortable double beds and two singles. On arrival, we were greeted by Nikos who brought us up to the apartment and showed up around. Nikos couldn't have friendlier and gave us a map marked out with the closest supermarkets and helped us with the complimentary wifi. The apartment itself was clean, convenient to San Marco (3-4 minute walk away), quiet and picturesque (with the balcony overlooking the passing gondolas.) The apartment was comfortable and warm in april with plenty of hot water for showers. It offered the perfect base to tour Venice and we will definitely be back again. Dv.

This apartment is in a great spot in Venice. It is very close to San Marco square and just a very short walk to the Rialto bridge and many shops and restaurants. In spite of its central location it is very quiet. If you like you can open the windows and enjoy the views and sounds of gondolas right past your window. Check in was very easy and Nikos was very helpful in providing information about Venice. The room is very secure and the stairs were very manageable. The apartment is clean with plenty of hot water. The single bedroom was spacious for our family of 5. This apartment has a very traditional feel, and is as described and pictured on the website. We also left personal belongings behind accidentally and Nikos has arranged postage for us.

I must admit I was overwhelmed when we first arrived by train to Venice. When we reached our stop on the Grand Canal we missed the street. I had no idea the street was the equivalent of a regular alley. The Hotel Doni (the family's hotel) is very small and quaint and Nikos was there to welcome us. He led us on the short walk over one of the 200 bridges in Venice to the apartment. Be prepared the location of the apartment is a very small alley and there are 4 flights of stairs! However, you will become a "stair master" by the time your trip is through and your body will thank you! The apartment is large but one of the best features is overlooking the canal and you can also see the Grand Canal. Some of the finest deli's, coffee shops, grocery stores and of course wine shops are literally just outside your front door. The best pizza in Venice in located there as well! You are literally less than a 5 minute walk to San Marco Square and equal distance to the Grand Canal!
It was also our 25th wedding anniversary so we renewed our vows on a gondola with our daughter acting as the minister! I highly recommend taking a gondola ride...it is well worth it!
Don't forget to go to the restaurant "La Riviertta" "The River" for the "best" fresh fish in Venice. Once again in your neighborhood. I really can not thank Nikos and his family enough for their hospitality! I can't wait to go back to Venice and will always stay in this wonderful apartment!

When we came to Trip advisor to find our lodging in Venice we had some pretty lofty goals. We wanted to find a place where we had a view of the canal from out the window, to be close to Piazza San Marco, and for it not to cost us an arm and a leg. After much scouring we found Niko's flat and booked for three nights.
From the beginning everything was amazing. We got a late departure from Pescara and had some help in arranging our late arrival. The staff at the hotel (where you check in to get your keys to the flat) were extremely helpful in assuring us we would be able to arrive past midnight and get setup. Upon arrival the staff checked us in quickly and escorted us to the spacious flat. Our bed was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed a good night's sleep.
Upon waking the next morning we were treated to a view out the window that even the photos on Trip advisor could do no justice to. Gondoliers were busy chatting on the bridge. waiting for early tourists. A gondola full of tourists drifted below and excitedly waved and snapped pictures, no doubt thinking we were locals. The thing is we felt like locals. For three days our flat made us feel at home in one of the world's most amazing places. We were a very short walk from all sorts of shops, restaurants, and major sights. Our stay was incredible, and our flat was a decidedly key element to that experience. I paid the bill with a smile, knowing what an amazing value it was.
The best thing that can be said of a place is that when you come back, you know you won't have to look for a place because you've found it. We know that whenever this flat is available on our returns to Venice, we have a home. -

We did book this appartment and since it was not very expensive we didn't expect very much of it. We were surprised when we saw the appartment with high ceilings, a very big bedroom, a view at the canals and the gondolas and the bad and toilet clean and tidy. Compliments for Nicolo, the kind owner!
