The Island house is only few minute walk to beautiful beach, Fishing Pier, & Sharky's popular ocean-front restaurant & Tiki Bar (live music & sunsets!) Also on our street - the new Community Center, Art Center & Library. Longer walk to Island's public golf course, public tennis & shuffleboard courts, grocery store, town center with many shops, restaurants, Venice Theater, & popular Children's Fountain. Free yoga on beach. Nice quiet beach community. Town center lined with majestic palm trees and filled with Northern Italian architecture. We simply love the Island of Venice area for it's unique charm:).

Rental fees
- Florida tax - 12% of rental - Tax - Only $300 first payment to reserve your dates. We are primarily a weekly stay vacation place - Saturday arrivals/departures. 1 week minimum stay. $49 damage waiver fee, $95 cleaning fee. Master card & visa accepted. We cannot hold dates without reservation. We fill up year round with many repeat guests so secure your dates early!

Travel insurance option. Most of our guests are repeats we are happy to say! Saturday is our arrival & Saturday is our departure day due to cleaning schedule. 1 week minimum reservation. Closest airport is Sarasota airport, then Fort Myers, then Tampa International - guests fly into all of these.

a very nicely appointed home in a very quiet area; a short drive or bike ride to the beach, fishing pier, library, art museum, town center. Having a pool was a much bigger plus than I expected. The owners are readily available to answer questions, provide help, etc.

My entire family enjoyed our experience renting this lovely home in Venice Florida. Upon arriving we quickly found that the house was both spacious and equipped with everything a family could possibly need or want when they are on vacation. It was beautifully furnished, extremely clean, and it made us all feel right at home. My children loved finding sand toys in the back yard and we rode the bikes all over the island. The location was perfect to the beach, great restaurants, island shops and a few playgrounds. Overall, we had a great time, loved our accommodations, and we will definitely be back next year! Thanks again!

Had a great time. Home came very well equiped. Very large, clean, and quiet. Close to the beach and downtown Venice. Would recommend this to anyone. What's not to like.
