Location, location, location is what our beach house at 641 Barcelona offers. Our venice Florida rental beach house is 200 yards to the Venice public beach acccess and only a few minutes walk to downtown Venice. It is also a short walk to the Venice Jetty where you can watch the sunset, and the Crow's Nest where you can enjoy a fine meal and drinks.<br/>Though perfectly placed between beach and town, you can sit in this vacation home's private backyard and enjoy time utterly to yourself. Fruit trees and lush landscaping make it a welcoming haven, whether for reading a book or playing with your pet. <br/>With two beds, two full bat...hrooms and a sleeper sofa on an un-airconditioned porch that increases the available accomodation to sleep up to six guests, this house offers fantastic value. Available for long-term stays as well, you can rent our Barcelona House for a month or more. Why not make it your winter base and invite family and other couples to join you in the sun?<br/>While in and around the house, everyone's assured of great comfort and privacy. The beds, a queen in the master suite and twin trundle bed in the guest room, are extremely comfy. A large living room feels comfy and includes a HDTV. Guests with laptops will appreciate the convenience of high-speed Internet. The Florida room includes a queen sleeper sofa. (note: This room does not have air conditioning.)<br/>Return from an enjoyable golf game at one of Venice's many courses and enjoy an evening cocktail with loved ones. Walk together just a few minutes to the beach for the spectacular Gulf sunsets. From there - who knows? <br/>Head home to grill fresh fish on your private barbecue, making a salad in the fully stocked kitchen or perhaps stroll to the Crow's Nest to sit on the top deck and watch the sun set.   This was our first experience with a pet-friendly rental and I'll have to say we were very happy with this property! The location was fantastic; we walked to the beach every day. It was a quick ride to the dog beach, too. We enjoyed walking to the Saturday morning farmers market downtown and had fun checking out all the restaurants. Scamotz has the best pizza ever!! The house a/c is kinda noisy and I have slept on much more comfortable beds (we brought our own mattress pad which really helped), but overall we had a memorable experience and look forward to a return visit.

  Service was wonderful. We were dumb enough to lock ourselves out at 9:30 p.m. and called Kevin and he was right there to let us in without a complaint. The location was great. The house was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is the mattress on the Queen size bed was uncomfortable. The yard and location was great.

  We had a very good time. Location is good near beach. The house is dated but clean. We had an issue with the master bed but Kevin took care of it within hours. We were pleased with the response.

  Place was great but there are several things that need attention. Hinges need adjusting on both screen doors. The TV n the living room has very poor sound and the TV n the bedroom doesn't work. Neighbors request that sprinkler tng be changed so that morning walkers don't have to go into the street.
