This quiet second-floor studio apartment (38 m²) overlooks a small typical Venetian square. There is no elevator access. High ceilings and exposed beams lend charm to the apartment. The entrance (5.5 m²) leads into the living room. The apartment consists of a main room (23 m² - south facing) with a mezzanine (4 m²). It offers a view of Corte del Tintor and contains a double bed, a table and chairs, several bookcases, and a buffet. The kitchen (6 m² - east facing) is in a separate room though there is no door. Campo San Bartolomeo is at the foot of the Ponte di Rialto in the heart of Venice. The square is within walking distance of Venice's main attractions, including the Gallerie dell'Accademia (20 minutes), the Piazza San Marco (10 minutes), and the Ponte di Rialto (1 minute). It is also a great place to enjoy an aperitif at the end of the day in one of the local bacari (wine bars). Rialto is the closest vaporetto stop to the apartment, which is situated in a small, quiet square.
