The apartment is very comfortable thanks to recent renovations that complement the exposed ceiling beams and wooden staircase. The main room features Venetian marble flooring, while the upstairs has parquet floors. The living room (28 m2) overlooks a lane in front of Palazzo Fortuny (northwest facing) and a private yard (southeast facing) that can also be admired from a balcony that can be accessed via a glass door.
