This charming second-floor apartment (57 m²) is right off of Campo Stefano. There is no elevator access. The parquet floors, framed engravings, and wood furniture lend charm to the apartment. There is a set of stairs (6 m²) leading up the apartment. The living room (34 m² - west facing) is spacious and has two windows that overlook Campo Santo Stefano. Campo Santo Stefano is the crossroads between San Marco's Accademia and Rialto's Accademia. In the afternoon, the square fills with families, people sitting at the many outdoor cafés, and passers-by. Despite it being a very touristic area, Campo Santo Stefano is Venice at its best. However, the area grows very quiet when night falls. The apartment itself is on the square and is only minutes from the Gallerie dell'Accademia (2 minutes), the Piazza San Marco (15 minutes), and the Ponte di Rialto. A vaporetto stops Accademia and Sant’Angelo are both nearby.
