The parquet floors, exposed ceiling beams, and wood furniture lend charm to the apartment. Four skylights make the main room (50 m² - southeast and northwest facing) very bright and offers a view of Campo Santo Stefano and the Venice skyline. Campo Santo Stefano is the crossroads between San Marco's Accademia and Rialto's Accademia. In the afternoon, the square fills with families, people sitting at the many outdoor cafés, and passers-by. Despite it being a very touristic area, Campo Santo Stefano is Venice at its best. However, the area grows very quiet when night falls. The apartment itself is on the square and is only minutes from the Gallerie dell'Accademia (2 minutes), the Piazza San Marco (15 minutes), and the Ponte di Rialto.
