This third-floor apartment (90 m² + 30 m² mezzanine) is spacious and comfortable. There is no elevator access. The parquet floors, exposed ceiling beams, and wood furniture lend charm to the apartment. A front hall (7 m²) leads directly to the living room. The living room (25 m² - southeast facing) is spacious and air conditioned and features three windows overlooking the street. There is a table and chairs, a double sofa-bed, a commode, a television, a stereo, and a DVD player. The first bedroom (16 m² - northeast and southeast facing) has a double bed and an armoire. Both windows offer a view of the skyline. The... second bedroom (15.5 m² - northeast facing) has two single beds, a dresser, and a fireplace. The kitchen (17.5 m² - southwest facing) offers a view of the skyline. It is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences (an electric oven, a microwave, a washing machine, and a dryer), all the cooking and eating utensils you’ll need, and a table and chairs. The first bathroom (3.5 m²) is fitted with a shower, a sink, and a toilet. The second bathroom (5.3 m²) has a bathtub, a bidet, a sink, and a toilet. There is a third bedroom (30 m²) upstairs on the mezzanine. The mezzanine has a sloped ceiling (ceiling height ranges from 0.56 m and 1.74 m) with exposed ceiling beams and a large window that offers a view of the Venice skyline. The apartment sits between Canareggio and Castello, two quiet, working-class quarters far from the tourist crowds. Campo Santa Maria Nova—a small, peaceful square lined with artisanal shops—is only a stone's throw away. The square is a popular gathering spot for artists as well as Venetians. The apartment's strategic location makes it easy to get to quickly from any of Venice's tourist attractions, from the islands, and from the more popular districts like San Marco and Rialto, which are only a 15-minute walk away.

  Charming, well-equipped apartment in the heart of a residential neighborhood. With two baths, three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa there was plenty of room for our group of six. It is a great apartment for a family or a group traveling together. It was unusually hot during our visit so the attic room was warm but with an open window at night and fans we were comfortable. The a/c in the main part of the apartment was adequate to cool the other rooms. The location was very convenient with coffee bars, WiFi cafes, Atms, restaurants and a grocery store within an easy walk. Sophie did an outstanding job orienting and advising us. She even helped carry our luggage up the three flights of stairs!
