It is very cosy with tasteful furnishings and a small, private yard. The exposed ceiling beams add to the charm. The apartment is accessed via a hallway (7.85 m²) that leads to the living room. Only a stone's throw from the Grand Canal and the train station, the apartment is situated in the Santa Croce district. The nearby Campo San Giacomo dall’Orio, far from the tourist traps, is a haven of peace. In the summer you'll find children playing outdoors while their parents take shelter from the sun under the large trees. This district, off of the beaten path and frequented by locals, is nonetheless only a 15 minute walk from the Rialto district and 10 minutes from Campo Santa Margherita, one of the busiest and most popular squares in all of Venice. The square is also home to lots of student bars.
