This apartment is quiet, but only 90 seconds from St Mark's Square. Quite dark inside for a 3rd floor apt. Nice kitchen, great hot water, and good water pressure (don't take these for granted in Venice). Large apt for 2 or 3 people, but no more due to tiny table for eating. Could be improved greatly with a larger folding table. Mattress is just okay. Quiet neighbors.
If this is your first time to Venice, this is a very nice apartment. Return visitors would be better served by an apartment in Cannaregio or Santa Croce or San Polo near the markets.
If you want a 2nd set of keys, ask for them when you make your reservation, just to be sure. Washer works well, no dryer. Heat works very well. Wifi worked 85% of the time, cuts in and out. -

Very nice and comfortable apartment in an amazing location.
You can stay in an extremely quiet place, and your vacation alarm will be only the San Marco bells (not so noisy, don't worry)!
I reccomend it for a couple, for a family with children but also for a small goup of friend.
It was just a dream, getting out of the apartment and being straight (really 50mt.) in the most beatiful square of the world.
