You'll be comfy cozy and feel right at home in this Florida-style single family home overlooking the canal. Relax in the sun room, soak in the hot tub, or roast marshmallows over the firepit. Monthly rates- 12/1-12/31: $2000. 1/1-3/31: $2600. 4/1-4/30: $2300. 5/1-9/1: $1000. Owner will pay up to $150 per month for electric.
