This family owned apartment is situated near the lovely beach of Vera Playa, on the coast in Almeria province, Spain. The Private Estate boasts beautiful gardens, small children's play area as well as a large outdoor pool and children's splash pool. An added bonus is the indoor pool, so you can swim all year round.
This apartment is a family owned apartment and is extremely comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing break. It is within walking distance of bars, restaurants, the beach, supermarket and even a water park. A local bus operates regularly to local towns and markets.

Al Andalus Hills is a small private community of just 150 properties in large beautifully kept gardens. It is the smallest of the Al Andalus sites and nearest to the beach, but boasts all the facilities of indoor pool and outdoor pools recognised with these well designed estates. This area of Vera Playa has become more vibrant as the years have passed. The opening of the Consum next to the water park also spawned many cafes and bars, some of which stay open all year round. A fantastic beachside club-come-restaurant of BBME Lola's is open for six months of the year just south of Palomares on the beach (about 20 minute walk), and a new bus service runs daily (24 hourly in the summer) to both Vera, Garrucha and Mojacar so it is easy to get to the local towns and markets without use of a car.
If you do bring a car, there is private secure parking within the estate. If you stay for 14 days, you will still not have time to visit a different beach every day as there are so many interesting coves in this area and a car is needed to explore fully. The golf courses of Desert Springs and Vale d'Este are a short drive away, as is Caving at Sorbas, Wild West at Tavernas. In the cooler months, cycling is the sport to take up - both road and mountain biking - and equipment is easy to hire locally.
