Typical Italian "Viletta" with a splendid look on the Lake Maggiore. The villa has 2 floors. The entrance is on the first floor.There are two bedrooms on the first floor. One with double bed and the other with three single beds. Bathroom with shower. Balcony with beautiful view. On the second floor there is the living room tastefully decorated with a balcony with Lake view. A modern new kitchen with ofen. coffe maker toaster dishwasher,washing machine fridge.The Villetta is just renovated .

Verbania is also called the garden village because of it's famous villa's with beautiful well known gardens. The Lake Maggiore and it's surroundings are well known because of the mild climate and wonderful vegetation. On the Lake there are the ferry boats wich brings you to every place on the Lake Maggiore. Verbania is only one hour drive from the airport Malpensa. There are 5 golf courts in a circle of 75 km. From Verbania you can take the train which brings you in an hour in Milan. So you can visit Milan without parking problems.The south Alps give you the possibility for hiking and mountainbiking. the house has a parking place for your car.
