The vacation home is very peacefully located in San Martino (Vignone) next to a sports club (200m) with mini-golf, tennis, football and a fishing pond. Only 5km away at Premeno is a golf course. It's situated upon a hill 5km from from Verbania (Intra) and Lake Maggiore. Verbania is a lively city with many shops, restaurants and a beautiful lakefront promenade. From the port, you can easily hop on any ferry to explore the wonders of the beautiful Lago Maggiore.
