Exciting Lisbon Aroeira Beach Villa is the perfect place for your vacations! The paradise 20 minutes away from Lisbon city center, and 5 minutes from the beach. The villa is in Herdade da Aroeira, a green condominium, with swimming pool, golf courses and tennis court (all with prices to match).

In a magnificent pine forest, overlooking the golf course, Exciting Lisbon Aroeira Beach Villa, is the perfect place for your holiday. It has about 120 m2 and accommodates up to 6 people. It has a king size bedroom, a double room, a living room with a sofa bed, 2 wc and a fully equiped kitchen. But the best are the two fabulous gardens, where you can have your meals, relax and read!

You can have a direct contact with nature, access to golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pool, club house, supermarket and everything you need. You also are 5 minutes away from the beach and 20 minutes from the city center. Here you can enjoy your deserved vacations! You can practice golf, go to the beach, have leisure and contact with nature, but also enjoy Lisbon, a capital full of life.

Because each guest is our special guest, we offer you a warm welcome with something typical Portuguese for you to try.

On request we make arrangements to drive you from and for the airport and days trips to Sintra, Cascais, or other place our guests would like to visit. We also rent a jeep, if you want to drive and discover the fabulous beaches on our coast.

Aroeira private green condominium is the largest residential and golf complex in the Greater Lisbon. With 350 hectares, thousands of pines, several lakes, 2 championship golf courses of 18 holes-It is fully fenced, with concierge and has security 24 hours a day.

Regarding details of the reservation, we apreciate if you let us know in advance, if you're friends or couple, so that the apartment is already prepared for you on arrival.

Since we give the possibility of flexible check in hour, we sometimes have to adjust and be informed previously, because of the cleaning service and check out of the previous guest.

We thank to hour guests to notify us at moment of reservation about the arrival location, hour and other details, like flight number.
