Do to the Corona Virus management has restricted use of the Condo Association pool and the Minerals Pools to full time residents only at the present time. The Spa/Gym is closed by state law due to virus.

The Condominium is conveniently located within walking distance to the Granite Peak Chair Lift, the Aspen Section outdoor pool, the Water Park and the Famous Minerals Spa which is fully equipped with workout facilities, Indoor and Outdoor. Pool open year round, Full Indoor Basketball Courts, Racqetball, and Clay Tennis Courts The Spa also has a 5 Star Restaurant and Entertainment. The Mountain Creek Water Park is also accessible by walking thru Great Gorge Village to the Mountain or a 1 minute drive thru the complex.

Rented this home for family visiting the area. Beds were acceptable. furniture falling apart scarce supplies in kitchen. Safe, Family Friendly community
