A beautifully appointed 2 bedroom/2.5 bath town home in a gated community that has private beach access, a large Club pool, 2 tennis courts and a large Clubhouse with a fitness room.
'In season' there are club socials on Friday evenings and Bridge on Tuesday evenings
The community is on 16 acres of lush landscaping with only 69 homes.
The Jungle trail is only 5 minutes away and a great place to walk, or ride a bike, along the inland waterway.
The Disney resort is a 5 minute walk and has a bar with an ocean view, and 2 restaurants if you don't feel like cooking.

This is a beautifully appointed townhouse in a lovely community. We would highly recommend it.
The home has everything you could possibly want; there is nothing missing. The kitchen has been updated, the appliances are new and it is very well equipped with small appliances and lots of dishes. All three bathrooms have also been renovated with flair. A big plus is the glassed-in room on the back which looks out over a lovely wooded area. We enjoyed breakfast there every morning while listening to the birds sing.
The community itself is beautifully landscaped and has a large community center with a lovely pool area. The residents are very friendly and welcoming. We also really appreciated the easy access to the beach.
Deborah and Ed are wonderful hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our three month stay in their townhome.
